Top Notch. If you've done 60 to escape, it's right up there in caliber. Great puzzles, and a unique twist with the gadgets you get. Can't wait for the next room to open.

After playing 60 to escape my bar was set pretty high for escape rooms. Redacted has not only reached the bar but raised it with their enjoyable and tricky puzzles and interactive gameplay. I will be visiting again

Loved the unique tasks and clever use of multiple rooms. They nudged just rightly as needed or when asked. The whole scenario was well put together and exciting every turn. The fact that it didn’t feel linear was an added bonus. You can tell this team loves to make puzzles and games and take a lot of pride in their work.

After reading all the hype of the newly opened Redacted room, Heist Havoc, we went into it with great expectations. We had a fantastic experience and my expectations were fulfilled (almost). Before you enter the room, you are given a briefcase of tools and a guide on how to use the tools. The set design of the room was Hollywood-like quality with great attention to detail. Everything in the room was clean and looked like a real Art Gallery. When we started, we immediately made connections with certain observations, but struggled a bit to move forward with the info we gained. We used some of the tools right away, but others we put off using until later when we really should have used them sooner. There is tons of technology used in this room and no traditional locks (which is great). However, it was almost weird to play a game like this as your brain is use to thinking in a different manner. As we were only a team of 3 and we just got done with another room earlier in the evening, we were a little tired tonight and our connections were not being made as quickly. I would definitely recommend having at least 4 people, as there is a lot to do during the 90 minutes. After our initial struggles, we started to connect the dots in the room and make progress. From there, the room flowed really well. Everything in the room worked perfectly and the execution of the puzzle reveals were crisp and ignited excitement. My favorite parts of the room were when you have to crawl into an area and after we tripped the alarm. These physical movements, while done in this immersive room, makes you feel like you are actually in a art gallery stealing something. All your senses are on high-alert at various times giving you an extra rush of excitement. Customer service at Redacted was amazing. We talked with one of the owners (Nick) for awhile before we started about ERs overall and what they are planning for the future. During the game, he gave us great nudges when we were stumbling, and he even gave us extra time in order to experience the entire room and complete it (which we greatly appreciated). We were also the last group of the night and it was well past 11pm when we left, so letting us finish meant him having to stay late. This is a room you should definitely check out. Looking forward to the summer release of their next room.

My wife and I found "Heist Havoc" after doing some searching and I’m so glad that we did! Redacted Escape Rooms is an independent escape room company that just opened in October, and they've absolutely nailed it with their first room. We were super impressed. Without giving anything away, the finale was the coolest thing. It felt like we were in a high-production movie.

Their puzzle design is top notch! Great use of props, room decor, and deduction. My only complaint is that it wasn’t even longer. Recommend maybe 6 puzzlers, or up to 8 aimless friends

Go here!!! This was a top tier escape room. Having done well over 100 this is in my top ten! From the workers to the set to the easter eggs it was just an amazing experience. Go!

This might just be the best heist room I’ve ever done, and I’ve done over 400 escape rooms total at this point! Simply masterful. When I was given a briefcase full of spy gadgets prior to even entering the room, I just knew this room was gonna be on a whole another level. Figuring out where to use the gadgets made us feel both smart and cool. The tasks are authentic and the wow moments are peppered in jaw dropping ways. The technology is insane, and it makes every objective feel so real. It’s basically a spy movie video game come to life. And the puzzles are no joke. They’re very clever and not dumbed down, so use those premium 90 minutes well. Our team of 2 got out with 15 minutes to spare, and we loved every single minute! At one point, we literally even said, “This feels like a REAL museum heist!” And this is the company’s first room! I look forward to every room here going forward. Redacted has already stolen my heart, and it deserves yours!

My husband and I are escape room lovers through and through—honestly, we’re escape room junkies. 😄 We’ve played escape rooms all over the world and we’ve done nearly every local room around us… and I can confidently say this one ranks among the top experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, we were stunned. Not “oh this is cute”… I mean jaw-on-the-floor stunned. The set design was next level—cinematic, immersive, and so beautifully crafted that it didn’t feel like an escape room… it felt like we stepped into an entirely different world. The atmosphere, the details, the aesthetics, the storyline—everything was so intentional and elevated. We literally kept pausing mid-game just to look around and take it all in because it was THAT impressive. And the puzzles?? Whew. Genius. Thoughtfully built, creative, and incredibly well put together. You can tell this wasn’t thrown together with a few locks and clues—this was masterfully engineered, advanced in the best way, and designed with real care and skill. The flow of the mission was so smooth and exciting that the entire experience felt like a high-end production… like we were living inside a movie. The staff truly sealed the deal too. They were welcoming, professional, and so friendly that we instantly felt comfortable—like we were longtime customers instead of first-timers. And what really stood out to me is that we were the last game of the night, but you would’ve never known it. They still had big smiles, great energy, and made the whole experience feel special from beginning to end. That kind of hospitality matters, and they absolutely delivered. Also… I loved that it had the perfect amount of physical movement. It wasn’t exhausting, but it wasn’t just standing around either. It kept the adrenaline going, added to the thrill, and made it feel interactive and real. I personally didn’t break a sweat, but my husband definitely did a little 😂—and honestly that’s part of the fun. The setup of this company is like no other! Redacted created a new formula for escape rooms that put them in a league of their own!!! And lastly the amount of time allotted is PERFECT!!!!!!! If you love escape rooms—if you’re the type who’s played a lot and you think you’ve “seen it all”—PLEASE come here. This isn’t just one of the best rooms locally… it’s one of the best we’ve experienced anywhere. 10/10. Elite. Unforgettable. A MUST-DO.
