A serial killer has been plaguing the people of LA for months now. The police haven’t gotten anywhere and the case is running cold. The lead detective is at a loss, but that’s where you come in. One of your close friends fell victim to the killer and now you are out for vengeance. You volunteer to assist on the case and the detective agrees, but everything needs to be under the radar. Now you find yourselves at the home of the most recent victim and the detective has bought you one hour to investigate before the rest of the force shows up and arrests you for trespassing. You think you are on the right track but not every choice you’ve made was the right one. This house is empty…right?

Scary! Did this room with 2 other people (I’d recommend no more than 4-5), and being girls we were scared! Live actor, a lot of jump scares, and a medium amount of puzzles. This was our 28th escape room and I would say the puzzles were somewhat easy for us. There is a bit of sequence to this game, meaning specific puzzles must be solved before others, so we did get a head of ourselves in some ways which made it seem like we weren’t solving puzzles correctly at first. This is because the actor has specific triggers to involve themselves in the game. We’ve done Saw and It and a few other scary rooms before and I think this room holds its own with the others for the most part. We try to get into it as much as possible so we can enjoy the scares as such. The story line was so fun and had some humor sprinkled in, which I appreciated, but could do without if you wanted a full scare moment. I’d recommend this room, but stress not to take a larger group since there isn’t a lot for everyone to do at a time.

Brenna is an absolute queen! She made the experience so much fun. The room is a nice introduction to actual horror rooms. The puzzles are not too hard and I would consider this to be more in the immersive theatre side of it. The comedy helped me not be too scared but there were still moments that made me spooked!

We really enjoyed the Resurrection escape room because it strikes a perfect balance between scary moments and a hint of comedy. The room focuses more on immersion than on complex puzzles, but that made the overall experience very enjoyable. It was just the two of us, and we finished with about 10 minutes to spare, so I’d recommend taking your time and enjoying the atmosphere rather than rushing through it. Overall, I thought this was a really cool room, and where it truly excels is in its storytelling. I’d definitely recommend it!

Resurrection was an awesome game and honestly such a good mix of comedy and horror. It had the perfect balance where it still felt spooky and immersive, but it wasn’t so intense that you’re on edge the entire time or too scared to move through the room. There are definitely some solid jump scares though, so I would give that warning going in, especially if you’re someone who startles easily. The puzzles were great and the overall flow of the game kept us engaged the whole time. One of the things we really enjoyed was how interactive it felt, with a few fun, non-traditional moments mixed in that made it stand out from a typical escape room experience. It’s the kind of room where if you’ve played a lot of games before, you’ll appreciate that it does something a little different, and if you’re newer to escape rooms, it still feels easy to follow and enjoy. Our game master, Pedro, was also a big highlight. He did a great job setting the tone from the very beginning and really leaned into the experience in a way that made the story more fun. Quest Room also does that classic touch where they bring you into the room blindfolded, and I always love that because it adds to the suspense and makes the start feel even more immersive. Overall, Resurrection was funny, entertaining, and a great time, and it’s definitely a room we would play again.

This game was pretty fun! It was a pretty simple and straightforward room at least for us. The puzzles weren’t very hard, none of them took us more than 5 minutes to figure out. We ended up escaping in about 35ish mins. The room is more based on the story so i think they’d rather have you focus on that rather than give you hard puzzles. Wasn’t very scary either but if you’re not used to spooky stuff then i’m sure it would be. The actor and GM, Mia, was great! Super friendly and made the game super fun. Overall a fun and enjoyable experience!

Set design was good nothing super impressive. Not as impressive as some of the other rooms as Quest Room but still cool.

Super fun game, with some comedy aspects that are involved. The puzzles are not very hard, but lets you think out the box from other games
