Uncover the mysteries in a secret recipe heist set inside the town’s most popular ice cream parlour! You work at Scoops, a local ice cream parlour in town, but with a spike in local parlours closing at an alarming rate, the mystery still remains as to what makes the ice cream at Sweethearts so differently delicious? In a bid to save your jobs, you gather up your fellow coworkers to take matters into your own hands. Break in after dark and gather everything you need to take Sweethearts down.

Really cool themed room. Multilinear puzzles if you like splitting up but we like taking our time so our group of four worked together for all the puzzles. Decently difficult/Interesting puzzles that required some thinking which is nice after doing so many rooms. Highly recommend

An awesomely designed room! Felt like you were in a real ice cream parlour. So many puzzles and different skills was never repetitive and the parts to work together and independently were awesome!
We were given a little extra time because we were only a group of 2. However the room was amazing, the first room puzzles were a lot of fun and the “clock” aspect was cool!
The smoke affect, set design and just overall feel of each room really made you feel as if you were in an ice cream parlour. It was so cool!
Josh was awesome, we had met Daniel a year ago doing Seance and this time we had Josh both are so passionate and the effort and care comes through the rooms and their friendliness!

Sweetheart's Ice Cream Parlour is an excellent addition to Cool Space. They have really thought about what makes Escape Rooms entertaining and they have managed to pack quite a lot into the room. There was a clear logical flow to all puzzles, and plenty of opportunities for multi-linear progression, so really a great room for bigger groups or newer players, while still being manageable for smaller groups that have experience. Definitely recommend this for any level of experience though, an absolute must if you're looking to do an Escape Room in Sydney.
Great narrative built in to the game, really felt immersed in the room throughout.
Excellent level of attention to detail with the set design and props.
Josh was fantastic from start to finish, and gave us one of the best debriefs I've had for an escape room.

Really well put together story. Excellent alignment between the story and the room, and the puzzles all felt aligned as well.

Our group was fairly experienced, so we didn't find too much of a challenge to the room, but we still had an amazing time nonetheless.

Definitely some high tech elements, but largely relying on combination locks for most puzzles.

Anywhere from 2 to 6 is probably fine, but having several opportunities for multi-linear puzzle solving allows for bigger groups to feel a bit more engaged.

Maybe one or two moments of spookiness, but nothing that would be too alarming even for people who don't like scary rooms.

Our team really enjoyed this one. The multi-linear puzzles gave opportunity for our team of 4 to divide and conquer, or switch puzzles if we needed to change our approach. Being multi-linear, there were plenty of puzzles to overcome but not too many where you feel overwhelmed. Everything logically fit so there's no confusion of mixing up problems. The puzzles were in line with the theme of the room and effects, both audio and visual, created a great atmosphere. The reward at the end was a surprising treat!
The puzzles flowed well and gave plenty of opportunities for all members to participate.
Fun props and which were very well placed to give maximum effect.
Georgie was welcoming and provided answers to all our questions after the event.

Even being multilinear, the room flowed really well.
The lighting and sound was used so effectively. The smoke added to the cold effect.

This was such an excellent room, one of my new favourites! This was a multilinear room for the most part which suited our team of 5 really well. So many well themed and unique puzzles and the setting was really fun and immersive. Such a unique setting in an old school ice cream parlour. Loved the storytelling and the final puzzle tying everything together. This was a joy to play and we are so excited for more from The Cool Space!

Another excellent escape room by the Cool Space! As a Valentine's date myself and my partner completed Sweethearts Ice Cream Parlour. Excellent set design and theme, nothing we saw broke the illusion we were in an ice cream parlour. The room timer was an interesting choice we would love to see implemented more thematically in other escape rooms in general. This is a more traditional escape room compared to Seance, which by all means is excellent as well We tackled this as a couple and it we both agreed it was a tricky escape room with very interesting multi-linear puzzles that could be solved at the same time which is great for bigger groups. The room's themes and story was interesting and consistent throughout our experience. It was nice to progress through puzzles and understand the context it has within the story. This was the first escape room which was personalised to our group (Don't want to spoil the surprise but it'll catch you off guard!) which was a really special for our Valentine's date. Josh was our excellent and friendly GM. It was great chatting to him about the room we just finished and ask questions about the Sweethearts Ice Cream Parlour Looking forward to future Cool Space rooms! Highly recommended!

Sweethearts Ice Cream Parlour is an escape room with a lot of love and passion gone into it. The set, the atmosphere and the puzzles are all top tier - and the storyline is unique and engaging. As with Seance, this room is a memorable escape room and I highly recommend it for an awesome experience!!

I was really surprised with the level of detail and attention that has gone into the room. The puzzles were amazing as well as the quality of the technology in the room.
