The Winery Infiltration

This room isn't overly difficult, but it packs in plenty of puzzles that kept our fam of 4 engaged from start to finish. The overall objectives are straightforward, but figuring out how to accomplish each task takes teamwork and some clever puzzle solving, which made the experience really satisfying. The room includes a few live actor moments that occur every now and then, but it's handled in a fun, comedic way rather than being scary. My son gets a little nervous whenever live actors are involved, but this one had us laughing more than anything as we made our way through the mission. There's a feeling of sneaking around and dealing with some playful sabotage, which adds to the charm of the experience. If you're looking for a lighthearted escape room with solid puzzles, fun interactions, and plenty of laughs, Winery Infiltration is definitely worth checking out.

What a cute room!! The theming is great and the puzzles had a great mix of tech & hands on puzzles. Rooms aren’t massive so I’d say it’s a great size for 2-4! Seriously one of my all time favorites, my gf and I had an absolute blast. Owners are very sweet.

Such a fun theme that I haven’t seen. Puzzles were clever. And the security guard was so fun to hide from !

The GM was amazing and funny. The guard coming in and interrupting was a nice way to make it interactive. We were creative each time the guard came in which made this experience better. I really liked the room and the puzzles. We are definitely coming back for sherlock and specter.

My son and I swung by here after visiting family one evening. I saw the buzz, read the reviews so we had to check it out. I will be honest, the Winery setting did not get me too excited, but my son loved the idea about infiltration and sabotage, so we gave it a shot. It was a great experience, checked all the boxes that we like in escape rooms. Great story, immersion, puzzles, (both tech and gen1) and a sense of completion at the end. Overall great room, we already brought the whole family back to play their Spector Inspectors game and will be returning to play the new Sherlock Mystery game soon!

Super enjoyable room! Such a great experience, from a great theme with wonderful tech to immersive puzzles.

This is a fun game on the easier side. I enjoyed that it was a theme I’d never encountered before, but some of the puzzles lean more towards following instructions and reading than they are actual puzzles. Also, some of the signposting could be improved as it is sometimes unclear when a certain puzzle is ready to be worked on.

Winery theme isn’t often seen & fun for both wine enthusiasts and those that aren’t. Story was fun & puzzle play was non linear & intuitive. **Seniors, readers may be needed for part of game play as the lighting was dim. Sound cues were a good volume & ambient sounds weren’t distracting. GM was friendly and helpful!

No “whining” here - this was a wonderful start to our 3-escape room day with Surf City Escapes! Puzzles were thematic and tied to the wine heist storyline well, which made the experience feel immersive. I am no connoisseur but it also had the right amount of wine education as well. Educational escape room? Whaaaattt? The guard interrupting every so often could have mixed reviews - some people from my group felt like it added the right amount of pressure and chaos to keep everyone on edge. I was on the camp that I wish we were not just hiding and we did something else more creative but that’s just me! The room had a fun balance of challenge, teamwork and laughs. A pour-fect escape room experience and a standout for its creativity in the OC area!

The room was very well constructed and the puzzles stayed true to the theme. I had seen this place pop up on Morty and saw that it was getting great ratings and now I can see why. GM was super friendly and you can tell he genuinely cares enough to create an experience for the players. I loved this room cuz I love wine and creativity put into these puzzles highlighted that for me. Highly recommend doing this one and maybe even doing a second room like Surfs Up the same day. Perfect date night
