Motel Molly

The place was great, spooky atmosphere and one of the better stories. Without the scary aspects the room would be extremely easy though. I can't think of any puzzles that were particularly difficult, but there were definitely spooky moments.

Although the rooms are overall better in the Sunnyvale location for Omescape, Motel Molly is definitely in the company’s top tier of games! It is a terrific and terrifying experience. After braving the mild spicy version of Haunting at Haruka High, we decided to play the default scary version of this game. While there were indeed scary moments, darkness, loud sounds, and a live actor, it wasn’t as scary as Haruka High. Which is good for us since we’re scaredy cats! The story, flow, set, and cinematic moments are all well done! The lore is interesting and I wish it was clearer without having to read things so I could better appreciate the finale. Book your stay at Motel Molly, if you dare!

Our game host Toney was epic- we got stuck from being too chicken and he was so funny and helpful and everyone was so kind! Andy was a “helper” and also very cool! Andey and Tony deserves raises! They were epic! It was so real feeling and so much fun!

Had a lot of fun in this spooky room! Everything was high tech, flowed well, puzzles were easy for enthusiasts, and the set design was incredible! Light interaction with an actor and some good jump scares. This is one of their newest rooms.

Fun game, spooky but not scary to the point you’ll freeze up. There are some minor jump scares and points where it is quite dark. Cool tech and overall a good experience that you’d expect from the omescape games.

An awesome addition to Omescape!!! Slightly scary at times but super high quality upgrades from Jokers Asylum

A little less spooky than Haruka High, but atmospheric. Omescape is consistent.

I post this review to help those that are scaredy cats like me! - scarier than I expected - includes live actor - we had 6 total guests. 2 would’ve been impossible. - more of an experience, than an escape room with puzzles.

We survived Motel Molly! Omescape gets a lot of praise for their Sunnyvale games, but less so for their San Jose location! I think Motel Molly is a definite stand out here. Creepy atmosphere, well designed set and fun cinematic moments without being over the top. Fun group puzzles, and one that stumped us! A light spooky game with actor interactions. Play it!
