Try-Wizard Tournament

this was one of my earlier escape rooms (before I discovered Morty) so i had no idea how to find quality escape rooms. but this one was just bad. Props were cheap and worn out. had a black light that barely worked and because of that, it took us 10 minutes to solve the puzzle that needed it. we asked for another one and they said that's the only one they had.

Fun room! Loved how the group was split up and met back together. It offered a different dynamic than previous escape rooms I’ve done in the past. There were also many unique puzzles as well that I never saw before. Definitely on par with the Harry Potter theme. Would definitely recommend.

Although half of the room was not working, I still enjoyed doing it. Playing this room. If you get passed that the whole room was basically broken, the story and the working puzzles were actually fun. One thing I did not like was that we booked the room for a later time and when we got there, it was already closed. After about waiting 30 min, we were able to contact someone to come and let us play our game.

There were a lot of puzzles in this room that required updating and this contributed to us not making it out of the room. There was a puzzle toward the end that was not working properly and when trying to communicate to our GM that it wasn't working right, no assistance was provided.

Very frustrating when the room isn’t working as it should and it takes a very long while before the game master comes in to try and solve the issue. Don’t think the issue really got solved, we just got to force our way into the next section of game play. Don’t mind a room that separates the players as our group LOVES a little girls vs. boys action, but I feel we missed out on some of the theme building by not getting to work the room we didn’t go into. We didn’t escape and I’m perfectly ok with a strong room that I can’t get out of, but when it’s due to frustrations early on and continuing leaves a sour taste for future rooms with that company.

overall thought this was an OK game, we did get out. there is a cool function of the game that splits your team into two which was a fun aspect. not a bad game at all, just not my favorite!

This was a horrible room . They used trash bags as a costume. That should tell you enough

I felt like the foundation was there but not much execution for set, the room started out well enough but once the story started and the next room opened i was disappointed. Staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic.. hoping they build off what they have and create something great.
