The Nemesis is a great room! We were tasked with saving the Nemesis, not an easy task given how badly things were messed up when we got there! Puzzles were super satisfying to solve, great feedback with lighting and sound. They were also presented clearly and we never struggled on figuring out what to do. Multilinear, and multilayered. Set design was fun as well, solidly built and sturdy. A good clean game, and easy recommendation for the Anaheim area. My favorite room at Mission! π

Iβve done a few spaceship themed rooms, but this one stands out from the others. The physical set is really well done and feels like youβd expect a spaceship would be, but this one also did a great job of integrating sounds, video and lighting into the gameplay as well. There are a ton of puzzles, and a couple of them are on the difficult end of the spectrum, so Iβm recommending 4-6 for this room, which is more than I usually recommend. The puzzles were all fun, on theme and tough (in a good, clever way). Mali, our GM was great and we chatted about escape rooms prior to our game. I also like the unique hint system in this room; letting you select a level of hint that youβd like. I was genuinely pleased with this room.

The set was really impressive.
Mali was great!!

There is some crawling and a little bit of climbing.
There is some crawling and a little bit of climbing, but not everyone would need to enter those spaces. There are a couple of puzzles that are color dependent.

The Garden Walk has a huge parking garage, so normally there are no issues, but if you go on a Friday evening when the House of Blues has a concert, the parking garage will fill up.

Our game master, Kayla, was so fun and enthusiastic. She clarified how we like to receive hints and was able to work within our game flow without pushing us along. It was a really good nonlinear room with no manual locks

We played this for my sonβs birthday and it definitely did not disappoint. Our game master was very welcoming and did a great job keeping us entertained before the game started, which set the tone for a fun experience right away. The room leans toward the harder side in terms of difficulty, but our family of four happened to be really in sync this time. There are a lot of puzzles packed into the experience and everyone always had something to work on. We were able to split up and divide and conquer throughout the game, which helped a lot. Despite the difficulty, we escaped with about 15 minutes to spare and did it with no hints, which felt great. One thing we loved was that there were no traditional locks or keys. Everything relies on cool mechanisms and tech that fit perfectly with the spaceship theme. The set design is excellent and really makes you feel like youβre aboard a malfunctioning spacecraft. Communication is absolutely key here. The room starts a bit linear but quickly branches out, and teamwork becomes essential. Luckily our group was firing on all cylinders and everything clicked. Overall, this is a really exciting, puzzle-packed room with great theming and satisfying tech. We left very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging escape room.
