The experience I had with my family echos the other reviews here. This room was PACKED with puzzles which is usually a great thing. There were four of us and we had the natural inclination to split up when needed. This is also our 2nd game at this location. While the GM in the room is still novel, it did not serve us well this time. Although sometimes helpful, there was no real way to tell them to stop nudging and helping without being rude. There were some things in this room especially that would not have even been possible to do without the GM there, which I felt made the experience not successful. If we do another game at this location, I’m straight up telling them - don’t help until we explicitly ask. Even when we’re looking around confused. It really does hurt the experience when your hand held the whole time.

The room was densely packed with puzzles and the set was pretty immersive, the progression was fun as more and more areas opened up. The gm we had we friendly and knowledgeable and sometimes guided when we would've preffered to figure it out ourselves, but overall the hand holding wasn't a huge issue. The technical issues with props, slow moving items that we needed to wait for to progress, several puzzles that felt out of place and overstayed their welcome all really made this experience worse in the end. The concept, story, and individual puzzles are mostly very fun but having the guides in the room resetting after us and giving us codes because the props were either moving to slow or not working left us very meh

When we played in 2021, there was a GM with us in the room the whole time. It was awkward, and I would have enjoyed the room a lot more if we'd been alone.
