Black and White Cafe

Joyce our game master was fun and helped a lot! We loved doing the theme and it had a bunch of fun dog pictures which I loved. Would absolutely come back!

This room was pretty easy for my husband and I but a perfect room for our daughter to really get to see all that happens in an escape room. We didn’t have to rush and could show her all the things. However, even for us we found the escape room to be so cute and fun. Well done!

Hands down the rudest escape room staff I've ever encountered bar none. Apparently, the owner of the business had dug through my Morty and saw that I left a negative review in the past. He then berated both of us for having given them a bad review for several minutes before the game had even started. I have never felt more unwelcome when paying for an activity and the owner and staff should honestly be ashamed. If they were so pissed off about a review we left two years ago, they should have just refunded the original booking. When I tried to give my phone to the staff member at the end to get a photo, she passive-aggressively told me that phones weren't allowed in the room and then proceeded to take the picture with her iPad instead. A mediocre room that should have been barely a thumbs up gets a strong thumbs down for the TERRIBLE experience. I hope the owner finds the smallest amount of humility and learns to stop being incredibly petty.

Great theme and unique puzzles! Definitely enjoyed my time here. I hope to try Moriarty’s Manor next time I’m back in town.

I’ve been wanting to do this room for years and I’m so glad I did! I was so impressed with how well kept the room is, especially with it being almost all white and a few years old. I would have thought it just opened a month ago. It was so well maintained! Joyce was our game master and she was awesome! Such a sweetheart, and extremely attentive. It felt like we were playing a game ran by a friend, which was such a lovely experience! I’m excited to come back and play more Mind Fox games!!

Love this game! I have done this room twice now, with maybe a year in between, and have enjoyed myself each time. I like how well the storyline went with the room and it’s refreshing to see puzzles that aren’t just a simple lock and key. Even if I’ve done this room before, I’ll do it time and time again just to introduce more friends to it.

Had a great experience at Black and White Cafe! The colorless 2D theme of the room was unique and fun, and the puzzles ranged from simple to pretty complex! Our game master, Joyce, did a great job at letting us figure out as much as we could by ourselves and stepped in at the right times to help give us clues when needed in order to “escape” on time. Would definitely recommend for intermediate-experienced players!

We loved our experience in the Black and White Cafe. It was a single room but still took 47 minutes to completion. The puzzles were logical and were not overlapping. Our game master Joyce was attentive and friendly. Have really enjoyed both offerings at MindFox and hope to go for new rooms in the future!
