The Girl's Room

Good creepy room, though it also has some design choices that struck me as a little odd (which are probably be due to the room's age). While I'm not usually one to be startled by jump scares, this game did have a pretty good one. The set had a good scale and puzzle density felt good - not too sparse, not too crowded.

More traditional room than The Dome at the same location, but really well executed. Dark themes and intricate sets. Creepy premise. Definitely a strong room, though prioritize The Dome if you have to choose.

Girl’s Room is an uncommonly messed up game. The story is dark and the set feels filthy in a safe way. It’s hasn’t necessarily aged the best, but it’s an undeniably fun and dynamic old game.

We played as a group of six and had an absolute blast. Despite being an older game, it has aged well and still delivers a thrilling experience. For some in our group, it was right on the edge of their scare tolerance, creating a mix of epic jump scares followed by bursts of laughter. The puzzles were fun, engaging, and well-integrated into the eerie atmosphere, which perfectly matched the theme. A standout feature was the replay at the end—always a great addition and something that should be more common in the industry (like in The Asylum from Silent Town). A bit scary and varied experience. Highly recommended for all players! Note (28/09/2025): The photo is from the second time my partner and I did this experience. It was just as fun as the first time we played it. On the same day we did The Dome again also.

I am still traumatized from this room and I fear I may never recover but I do mean this in a good way! The atmosphere was spot on. If you are sensitive to very loud noises, be prepared for those. The riddles worked well for the room and were good to solve despite the constant fear lol.

Rätsel haben mir gut gefallen war teils knifflig. Hier wird aber viel mit lauten Effekten etc. gearbeitet, wer das nicht abkann, sollte den Raum nicht spielen.

A very atmospheric room with some cool props. Puzzles were a mixed bag of physical, memory, and spatial challenges but several of them are really good. There are a number of jump scares as you might expect from this type of theme. The one big drawback is that there are several places where you have to climb or crawl and while the staff have ways to help players avoid this, there is one area that no one can access without going up and down a couple of frankly terrifying ladders. I think those ladders scared me more than anything in the actual game. Still, we had fun and I would recommend the room as long as you are okay with the jump scares and the climbing.
