Out of Steam - The Heist

You, a team of highly skilled detectives, have been sent to Bodmin Railway to investigate some suspicious items that have been left in one of the train compartments. No one was seen boarding the train with the items, but a person was seen leaving the train in a hurry earlier this morning. Possibly related, someone was seen putting something in one of the old station lockers a couple of days ago, but no one appears to have returned to it. Your task: Study the evidence file, investigate the suspicious items in the compartment and see if you can gain access to locker back at the station.
