A devoted church was consumed by a dark presence, unleashed by a troubled young man. A presence so powerful that faith itself began to fail. Something has drawn you to Grace Hill Chapel. Blood stained pews, cryptic clues, church bells echoing through the darkness. In this live actor escape room, you'll be searching the decaying halls of this once sacred place. A chilling realization begins to take hold - you are not alone. Someone, or perhaps something, still lingers within the abandoned chapel, waiting in the shadows.

A really great addition to the ReadySetGo company. The design was really cool and the puzzles for the most part were really exciting to play. There’s a lot to get through and the live actor element definitely makes it all the more challenging. I think it’s a really great room though and definitely one of my favourites from this company.

Gameplay

So much variety in the game play with some great jumpscares to boot. There was one ‘trial and error puzzle’ which wasn’t fun though and was mainly frustrating and then unsatisfying on the solve because we didn’t actually “figure anything out”.

Atmosphere

Excellent set design, so well themed.

Customer service

The staff at this branch in particular are always great.

A really solid addition to the Ready Set Go horror rooms. The live actor was mainly for jump scares, but was well integrated into the puzzles and room design which clearly meant they thought a lot about it beyond “just have a guy with a cloak go in” as some live actor rooms can be. It was a lot of fun from start to finish. And (due to the live actor) the scariest RSG room for sure. About average difficulty for the company, on par with their other horror rooms especially. I am finding the Ready Set Go horror rooms to be blending together in both vibe and puzzle types. So although I really enjoyed the room independently, I wouldn’t recommend doing their VHS/Severed/Sacrifice/Devil’s Chapel rooms back to back. And 4 people felt good for this. A few more like 5-6 would be okay also, but it’s not as large a space as Quarantine so much more and it would feel cramped at times.
