Our first experience at Amelia Island Escape Rooms. The room was a rather solid experience with standard puzzles and one or two ingenuitive puzzles. The quality of the room and props are not outstanding and it is only one room. However, the staff is amazing. I would recommend this for anyone looking to get into escape rooms.

I would like to start a petition to ban laser and mirror puzzles with impossible angles! Don’t even think we got it and the puzzle was “solved”. This room was just not it. The story was lame and the theme was bland and it was made especially clear when we started the room, unlocked the first puzzle to find two mysterious keys and the GM telling us those were keys to shackles that she did not put us in…. Never even knew that was part of the game. A lot of the puzzles were stretches and the clock puzzle most definitely did not read what it is meant to read! This did not feel like a normal escape room that we have done it felt stagnant and bumpy. The lighting was incredibly dark and we could barely see anything. The GM would nudge us every five seconds and it was getting on my nerves. Just had zero connection to this room. Shame coming from this company who has some decent rooms like 80s and Macabre. This was pretty bad and despite the theme having to do with the area, it felt boring and disconnected.

Enjoyed the room and the aspect of being shackled together was really cool.
