The Investigation

This experience was a delight for me for many reasons. This seemed less like a big corporate escape chain and more something an enthusiast would build in their own home. We were greeted by our charming GM / owner and led into our room. We were partnered up with a mother and her two kids. It has never been my first choice to do rooms with strangers but this was fun as they were new to escape rooms and wanted to play as much as we did. Their enthusiasm was energetic! The set is functional and sets the scene but you can tell the real focus went into the puzzles. They were homemade with love and attention to detail. You could tell that the owner took a lot of time and care into making this room hard without being impossible. We almost didn't escape but we came through in the end. 10 out 10!
