Customer service was great-really friendly and helpful, so I feel bad leaving a less than positive review. To start with, generally, I dislike the only 3 hints rule assuming that the team is not trying to get on a leaderboard-so this is an across the board observation, something that I wish was mentioned on the website that we would have known prior to booking. As for the room itself-it was beautifully set up, great atmosphere but as others have said puzzles didn't seem to flow together and we never felt quite sure of what to work on-which might have been less of an issue if we'd had unlimited hints.

Least favorite room out of the 4 rooms we did at this location: extremely linear game flow, some game mechanics aren’t working properly and the GM had to manually set certain things. The room was also unnecessarily dark.

This room excelled in environment and fell short in its execution - If this is your first escape room, look elsewhere to get a feel for how the room should flow. Our precious escape experiences helped a lot in this room as the puzzles are riddled with ambiguity.

My worst escape room experience so far. The puzzles were not quite logical and we had tech problem that the staff had to come in to the room to solve the issue. Totally ruined the experience.
