Great attention to detail! The room features a few really unusual puzzles that require a lot of team work and lateral thinking! Great fun!

A fairly average room, with technical glitches that prevented our progress and inattentive GMs which meant we didn't realise there had been a game breaking issue. We did the room back when it was Exodus so the theme was appropriate - sounds like the room and theme hasn't changed at all for the update to The Mummy

A pretty straightforward linear room which didn't require huge leaps in logic, a win in my books compared to the other games we've played here. Nothing overly impressive in terms of puzzles, pretty stock standard across the board. The theme teetered less towards Egypt and more towards a strange sort of biblical sort of vibe which we weren't expecting. We finished pretty rapidly, not bad for a first time group but still not one I'd really recommend.

The Mummy was a pretty middle of the road experience with a handful of interesting puzzles and very generic set. Despite having a 50% pass rate this one was definitely on the easier side with a noticeably small quantity of actual content throughout, this one shouldn't give experienced players any trouble. We weren't really provided with a storyline beforehand nor did there seem to be evidence of one as we worked our way through the space, just vaguely Egyptian-themed puzzles thrown in with some religious undertones, strange. With a nice enough use of the space this is still one of the better rooms at the Great Escape but not one I'd be recommending to people in a hurry.

We enjoyed the theme of this room and there were some really fun puzzles, our only issue was that in the second part of the room there were a lot of puzzles going on and it didn't flow well, it wasn't clear what clues matched what puzzles and in which order we needed to solve them, after a little guidance from the gamemasters we were back on our way.

I found the room to be quite plane. Puzzles made sense but need a lot of prettying up. My only complaint is the Game Masters (two guys) or what I presume are the owners to be very non-observant and didnβt really care about watching us as we played. When we escaped, we where greeting with an empty corridor and no one to congratulate us. Felt very underwhelming especially for the price we paid.

Overall acceptable room, but the puzzles were unnecessarily prolonged and therefore frustrating.
