Best escape room me and my family have ever been to. We go all around doing lots of them (it's our favorite activity as a family of four) and this was by far our favorite. There were so many puzzles and things to do, and out favorite part about this location is if you finish early, they give you more puzzles and you continue the story! We finished all the normal and extra puzzles with about 10 minutes to spare, and it was a blast. Would definitely recommend!
Was great as you could work on multiple puzzles at once, so it wasn't too linear, great for multiple people.
The design and attention to detail was mindblowing
It was a blast, we didn't have quite enough time to qualify to do the last puzzle, but they let us do it anyways and we were able to finish the story
Yes
More moving parts and special effects than I've seen before, very impressive!
Holy wow there was the perfect balance of story and puzzles
Easy
From what I can remember it was easy enough to figure out but there were lots of different types of puzzles!
High tech
Lots of moving parts to aid the story, and special effects!
5
It was great for just four of us, but for less experienced people it might be helpful to have an extra brain
Not scary
A bit scary with a few rumbling sounds here and there, moody lighting, and things falling, but not enough to really be worried about.

You could being young people, but I'm not sure how helpful they'd really be, it would still be fun for them though, but I wouldn't recommend children that get scared easily like under 8 y.o.

Yes
Yes, but it was just right at the start and end to introduce the story, they did not come into the room during.
Somewhat
There was a part where you had to crawl, and escape rooms are generally active as you're running around to find clues
Not sure, I'd bring at least one person who can be physically able to get to things if you have mobility issues, and it was a bit dark in there, but it's generally ok
Yes
Limited
Few parking spaces but in a place where nobody really parks except for those in the escape room

Wow!!! They use heat, water, and air to create a very immersive environment. We love doing games just two of us and this was a perfect linear room. Every puzzle was fun, interactive, and engaging. Some moments we tried to over think things but overall it flowed amazing!! I highly recommend. The company seems to be well organized and both members of staff we interacted with were fantastic.
Wow!!! Heat, water, and air are used in the rooms environment with game play.

Really fun effects (water, wind, heat) and some unique puzzles make for a one-of-a-kind experience. Sal was a great game-master and was hilarious as Rowan. Only complaint we had was that some of the puzzles’ mechanics were repetitive.

This room has great practical effects. The puzzle thread is very linear, so I'd recommend groups of only 2 or 3 to crowd around the next puzzle and solve together. We were warned in advance that the room contains some loud noises, water effects, and mildly strobing lights. Our game master was very attentive to us and was wonderful. I would give this room a heart if it weren't for how finicky most of the inputs in this game are. Some mechanical inputs and locks have to be lined up exactly in order to register as correct, and it's hard to tell whether you have the wrong answer or if the inputs need adjusting. This was a frequent occurrence throughout the experience.

Adjustable difficulty: if the Game Master thinks you have enough time at the end, they will activate some extra puzzles for you to do.
Mechanical
High tech effects, mechanical-feeling inputs

Spooky
Dim lighting and some sudden loud noises. Similar vibe to Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland

If they're good with sudden loud noises then they should be fine
Yes
One mechanism was not lined up properly so we had to undo the solution in order for the game to trigger the next thing.
No
Sorta. It's just the GM introducing themselves in character before the room starts.
