You are a team of scientists about to complete the revolutionary time machine you have been working on for years. Just as you are about to unveil it to the world, the evil Dr. Gem steals parts to the battery and takes them back in time. Without those parts, you have only one hour of battery life left. You must complete the time machine and open a portal to the past to retrieve the stolen pieces. If you fail to bring them back to your lab before your time runs out, you will be stuck in the past forever!

Let me start by saying I have done a LOT of escape rooms and this was by far in my top 3. The pure amount of technical puzzles versus mechanical locks was impressive. It might even been the most technical one I have done. 100% recommended.

My favorite room yet. It has a lot of interesting and unique puzzles that I didn’t expect to see.

This is our favorite room so far. The theme was great, puzzles intuitive without being too easy. Really enjoyed this room.
Really fun, good opportunity for groups to be working on different puzzles at the same time.
Great theming

This still holds our number two spot of escape rooms we've done out of just over 100 games. Maine Escape Games never disappoints, and in our opinion this room is their best. It's high tech with satisfying puzzles and one of the coolest reveals we've seen. We loved it so much we went back so our kids (10 and 11 at the time) could experience it. They basically ran the room themselves because the flow is so good - we only had to nudge on one part.

Probably 8 would be the lowest I would go. Some puzzles require a more mature logic/understanding that might be frustrating for younger kiddos, but honestly with an adult "buddy" there's really nothing prohibiting younger kids from enjoying as well.

This game was a neat take on the time travel theme. The puzzles were fun, the set design was neat, the tech was impressive, and the game flowed very well. While we enjoyed Uncle Ned’s Cabin, we liked this one more.

The room and owners were both amazing. The game was challenging, of incredible quality, and highly-engaging. With two of us, and both being experienced, we would not have completed everything there was to do without some hints along the way; one more person and we’d likely have escaped without assistance. I highly recommend this game and company. Make the trip and You won’t be disappointed!

Signed up for this room and weather delayed our arrival. She held off as long as she could before starting the clock and we had about four minutes elapsed when she got us started. This room was a lot of fun. Great layout. Two of us fairly experienced and the other three maybe six rooms total and they picked up quickly. All five of us contributed and it was a time.
The puzzles were intuitive and fun.

I loved the theme and creative room design. Very clever puzzles and lots of them! For two people we definitely had to keep the pace to get out before time was up. Everything worked seamlessly, followed logically, and yet was still challenging in a variety of ways. Plenty of delightful surprises in the design and execution. Everything was in line with the story and theme and we had a blast! It’s clear why this is such a well rated experience!

This was the second one we played on the same day because we were so impressed by their other room. We didn't think it could get better but it did! The story was amazing - the experience was right there. The puzzles were so challenging. We loved it. Definitely requires teamwork. We got out with two people but it would have been nice to have two more people.

On par with Maine Escape Games’ other rooms! Unique cyphers and puzzles with super fun tech locks. Plenty to do for the whole group, and it’s the perfect mix of non-linear but intuitive.
“This was a puzzle-focused game where each puzzle was as well thought-out as it was competently built“
