Le Jubilé d'Or [The Golden Jubilee]

Worst Escaperoom Ever. This room came highly reccomdned to me by one of my favorite companies. It was the reason I wanted to come to Montreal... Half the games at this location you can't play as a duo, without paying for 3 or 4 players. Now, this room is just potentially dangerous, so when they make you sign a medical waiver, they mean it.... The GM's hints were okay when we needed them. Now the second room is a total time sink. They think they are clever having you in 100% darkness, but when the GM came in to talk to us, he admitted 1 puzzle is just a complete time sink. Not to mention the puzzles pull you out of the immersion. There is also a puzzle that only works if you happen to touch it, which we only did once, but about 20 minutes before we found out how to solve it, so we completely forgot. While normally I'd say more people would help, this room with more than two would be so cramped and in the second room you'd totally hurt yourself. Congrats, you are 97th orlf 97 rooms. Such an expensive disappointment...

Very fun game with a portion in total darkness, which was a first for us!

Whole this room certainly wouldn't hold the title of their best room, it was still a stretch ahead of most rooms that we've done elsewhere than Escaparium. We booked it last second on a whim after doing two others, and we were not disappointed.

Super interesting concept!! If you’re not a fan of the dark though, don’t do this one. The entire second half is done in complete darkness. I felt the puzzles themselves were super cool!

Looooved this room. So novel and fun. Some puzzles were frustrating but in the best possible way. This was such a great time. Again, deeply immersive, extremely well designed

Beau décor, une petite partie du scénario se joue dans le noir complet, ce qui est légèrement moins intéressant puisqu’on ne peut pas voir les décors.

Great small game, really nice decors. Loved the sensory part in the dark. Though I have sensory issues with sounds and it was the whole point of the puzzle, really trew me off. Would recommend for anyone, first game, beginners or experienced folks that want a small but fun game

I loved this but don't want to spoil anything by telling you why! The beginning is very Seven Dwarfs' Mine Train, really cool inside. Some of the puzzles I loved, some felt not as in keeping with the theme, although were still fun. An awesome surprise...I don't see this room working for any physical disability though sadly.
