You are among the elite members of the CRU and Dark Division investigative units. You have been dispatched to explore the remains of something that entered the atmosphere in Marysville, WA. Commander Broils, your superior, has advised you to use extreme caution, as he is not sure what you may encounter. Your job is to gather intel on anything you find in the location. Also, should you find any alien life forms, you are to retrieve a sample for further analysis. The Pentagon seems especially interested in any unknown specimens. “Observe, report, and retrieve” is what you have been commissioned to do. Once you arrive on-site, it appears that some ship has crash-landed. As you go through the wreckage, you take note of some strange artifacts, symbols, and even some sort of creature tracks. While you continue your investigation through the rubble, you can’t shake the feeling that you are the ones being watched. Once you complete your initial search of the area, something catches your eye. Quickly you snap a photo, not exactly sure of what you may or may not have just witnessed, and everything goes black… You come to your senses sometime later, not knowing what has happened. As you get your bearings, a sinking feeling sets in. You don’t know where you are. The last thing that you remember is snapping that strange photo. You can only hope the upload made it to your headquarters.

73 escape rooms
I would say this room is… ok. It was fine, but way too many locks that weren’t always logical in figuring out which key went to which lock. The game master for this room was nice and the parking is easy.
37 escape rooms
The easiest room for this location and our least favorite, but still has a nice story that ties in the other rooms and good atmosphere overall.
It was pretty slow at the beginning since the starting puzzles don’t have great clues, but once you have all that solved it flowed pretty well.
Great staff and great directions.
Yes
This room is not as great as the ones offered in this location, but it was still an interesting room.
The story ties in with the others offered at this location, but this one was our least favorite of them all.
Medium
Without any hints I would consider it a medium difficulty just because the starting puzzles aren’t very straightforward, but once you get through them, the room turns a bit easy.
3
We had 3, it was pretty good balance and maybe you could get away with 2 people, but more people would make it a bit harder since there weren’t a lot if puzzles to do simultaneously.
Not scary
The atmosphere is not really scary, although there is a jump-scare at one point in the room.
No
Yes
Yes, it is explained at the beginning and happens in the end.
Not at all
Not a very big room and there is no need to go through holes or running around.

Iirc this is the third room of the “The Unknown” series. It is fun, they always do a good job on the rooms. If you like their other rooms, give it a go. But it was one of their less refined rooms imo. With that said, I’m a fan of them!
