Very bad hints and gamemaster was even worse. Hints/clues did not make sense at times and when we were done with the room, we asked followup questions, the gamemaster looked so confused and didnt even answer us. He just remained quiet and“uhm”

Some puzzles didn’t make sense. Too many red herrings. GM’s attention was lacking and his enthusiasm was nonexistent. Bland, non-immersive story. Not entertaining. Last portion of the experience is only for 1-2 people to work on.

The clues we were stuck on didn’t make any sense. Did not flow well and solving puzzles was not satisfying.
Atmosphere
Poor theming and not immersive. Way too many red herrings. They told us not to force things open, but we were stuck at a part where something needed to be forced open 🤦🏻♂️ The second room is tiny. There’s only enough space for 2 people to do anything.
Customer service
GM was unenthusiastic and did not pay attention to anything we were doing. When asking for a clue, they did not give clear hints and sometimes gave us hints on parts that we have already solved. Possibly a language barrier.

The room was dimly lit, so you can’t see certain things without a flashlight. Space is fine in the main room, but the second room is very cramped.

I would recommend this room for beginners. This was my 20th escape room and I was not impressed. The set design lacked creativity and it wasn't immersive. The puzzles were pretty straightforward. Our group of 3 still had fun. Since we played on a weeknight we got a discount.
