TLDR: a good room with fun puzzles, but disappointing in atmosphere. Raven Chase has proven themselves to be a giant in the industry here in the local scene for escape rooms. All of their rooms are incredible, and this one, for the most part, lives up to that. Gameplay: the gameplay was great as always. There were some really clever clues Iβve never seen before, and a good mix between cool technology, and some classic lock combination puzzles. It was a bit easy, as we completed most the clues within 30 minutes, which, with the same group, is faster than normal. Atmosphere: this was the part I was a little let down on. Raven Chase is known for their really immersive experiences, whether you really feel like youβre in a classic arcade, a pirate ship, or a killers house. This one, however, fell flat compared to their other rooms. It just felt a bit dull and empty. While this may be my least favorite of all ravenchase rooms (Arlington and Herndon) itβs still a very strong room compared to most you will find in the area.

Pretty fun but definitely made for a bigger group as quite a lot can, and maybe should, be done at once.

This was a super cool game! It is a massive space, so lots to search for, but I thought the set design was a tad underwhelming. The game flow was extremely non-linear, which meant there was plenty for everybody to work on at all times, but I felt as though I missed out on seeing many of the puzzles because I was elsewhere (I played in a group of 4). I did not find it difficult, although the puzzles were intricate and thought-out. I definitely had fun in this room, but I personally do not feel super connected to this theme, which is possibly why I was not crazy about the overall game.

This room was greatly hyped to us so we were very excited to experience it! Overall, it was a fun escape room! In terms of gameplay, we would rate it a 8.2/10 - it took us a while to get started and find our footing in this space. The clues, puzzles, and design was all original, fun, and exciting to experience. Two particular tasks were very novel and something that left a great impression. The GM was wonderful and we had a lot of fun!

Fun room! Starts out with quite a lot going on, which made it great for our larger group. This has some good memorable moments!

8.4/10 This game was a bit easier than expected, but it was still fun. Could have used an upgrade to the atmosphere, but the gameplay was fun!

Supervillains was such a fun experience! Great gameplay and design! Definitely a room made for groups of 4-6 people, but still doable with with less (we did it as a group of 2). Different themes and types of puzzles for each section of the room. One of our top 10 rooms so far! 8.6/10

βIt was fun to tackle different puzzles in different realms and regroup again in the headquarters.β
