I was surprised by this game in more ways than one. While the set is rather plain (which is probably fair for a setting of music room), I think the design and ambience could have been adjusted to suit the shifting tone of the room. Also, some of the props seem so old that they’re collecting mold… A moment which is genuinely exciting feels a little staccato as a result. The puzzles are well-themed to classical music, and do NOT require any outside knowledge of music theory. I really like where the narrative of the missing maestro goes, which is why I wish there was just a little more leading up to it. An orchestral performance deserves a worthy buildup before the grand finale.
