Awesome mechanics and theme, great connective puzzles with activation instead of normal locks. Liked the non linear aspects. Some puzzles did not activate immediately when triggered but otherwise very cool experience.

It was everything I wanted and more. Puzzles that were intellectually delightful, looked beautiful and had surprises along the way. True first class staff who love escape rooms deeply

Truly a masterpiece! One of the most gorgeous and engaging escape rooms we’ve ever experienced (and we’ve tackled plenty). Clever and inventive puzzles with top of the line effects and immersion.

Easily the number one escape room I've played, though I've only hit about a dozen at this point. Theatrical intro opens into a well themed room with a lot of non-linear puzzles. The sheer amount of puzzles in this one is pretty high, and they manage to have just about every kind. No combo locks, but a lot of the puzzles have the shortcut of if you figure out the first 3 parts, just brute force the last part. We also had a lot of random brute forced moments by accident, but nothing ruined the game (actually kind of funny). Theme is on point and the surprises and reveals were super cool. We managed to do this as a 2 person team, but I definitely recommend a solid 4 players for this game. Lots of puzzles and things to do as a group, just need to keep track of solved puzzles.

As good of a production as you can hope for. Puzzles were tough but not confusing or illogical. Also quite a bit of puzzles to do so the hour you’re in there will feel like 2 just from how much running around and solving you’re doing. Definitely lives up to the hype and sets the standard for what a quality escape room should look and feel like.

Nothing I can say other than this is amazing room. The detail is unbelievable and the game play is awesome. There is also a lot to do in this game so you do have to work together in order to get out. The puzzles are not overly difficult there is just so much to do which is what takes so long.

One of the escape rooms with the best set design! 😲😱 I was in awe when I saw this room for the 1st time! Very beautiful with mutiple non-linear puzzles to keep your team going in under 60 minutes. I was just in a team of 2 and I was sooo shocked that we escaped. With the number of puzzles in that room that ranges from easy to medium to hard in difficulty, I was really expecting not to make it. Idk who is responsible for designing this room, but a huge props to them for blowing away people's minds. So creative, unique. 🪔 Ohh and a quick tip for anyone wanting or planning to do this room soon: KNOW YOUR ANIMALS. 😆🤣
Not scary
The only scary part was NOT escaping in time. 😭

I really liked this room! This was my 30th room (25W - 5L) that I played with four other adults with similar statistics. The decorations and puzzles were fabulous! Everything in the room was completely in theme with so many interesting puzzles. The room is mostly non-linear which was great for our group to spread out and solve. No one was just standing around (unless they were confused...). I still consider myself a newbie, so, for me, there were quite a few puzzle-types that I had not encountered before. I would recommend this for double-date nights.
The room was decorated beautifully and stayed in theme with the story. The game play flowed well and allowed people or groups to solve puzzles on their own (non-linear).
Again, the decorations were beautiful, a few of the clue deliveries were funny too.
Our GM was very polite and helpful. She allowed us to solve the room without nudging us, which we appreciated.
Yes
I still consider myself a newbie, so I have only encountered one other bazaar themed room. Most of the puzzles were different from what I have encountered so far, but nothing was impossible.
The plot was great and the room was beautiful.
Hard
Hard only because there were so many puzzles, but none of the puzzles were so hard that we were stumped. Some just required a couple of brains looking at it from different perspectives.
High tech
The room was split between mechanical and high tech. My group tends to prefer mechanical rooms, but this mixture was fun.
5
I think this room would be tough for two players. Four feels comfortable. We played with five and having that many brains was helpful.
Not scary
The room isn't scary at all, however, there is one slightly "eek" puzzle, but you know why when you see it.

I think 'tweens would enjoy this room, but they'd probably need a few adults to help with some of the tasks.

Everything was high quality and in tip-top condition.

Thank goodness.

Activity consists of walking around, nothing strenuous. One person must be willing to crawl.
I think the room would be difficult for people with impairments.

40 Thieves was recommended to us by another escape room host as her favorite and I can see why! Highly rewarding with difficult and unique clues. It started off straight forward and as we gained confidence, the clues got harder and harder. How did they fit so many clues in one game?! By the end, we were giggling about how crazy it got! The props were top notch and added to an immersive experience. We didn’t want to leave. My recommendation is to bring friends to this one. We had two people and even though we finished it, it was a big enough space that we needed to run back and forth. Teamwork is dream work in this one! Easily my top 5 favorites of all time.

This is an unexpectedly challenging room (relative to everything else we played at MindTrap). As always the set design and audiovisual effects are top-notch. A couple of puzzles are fiddly to a degree that the available controls don’t support as well as I would have liked, but we eventually got everything done. The theme is well executed from the very first moment to the very last moment. Bring some friends, you will want the help. Recommended.

Hard
This is a legitimately challenging room. We had four experienced puzzlers and barely finished in time.

This is the rare room that rewards a team of at least 4. I would say 5-6 might have been fine in terms of the amount of puzzles, but the space would be a little tight, so I am going to stick with 4 as my recommended size.

There are things that would be fun for younger kids, but the game is legit challenging and I think they might find it frustrating.

Somewhat accessible, but not the whole space. Many puzzles rely on colors, sound, and even smell.
