This would be the only room that I would tell people to avoid at Red Door. I didn’t enjoy the gameplay and the puzzles were not as fun like in other rooms. The props were fine as was the GM but the puzzles left a lot to be desired. Skip it if you can. It’s not awful but it’s not great either.

Room was hard for sure, even for escape room veterans. I would say its because there weren’t clear enough signals that something we solved revealed the answer to a code and when some items weren’t clear that they were related. Loved the theme though!

The room starts like typical prison break rooms. Interesting puzzles and it helps if you have an appreciation for the Japanese aesthetic. It says 2+ people but you should really do it with 4+

Great look, but this room is really hard unless you have at least four experienced players. Some of it you need to do in teams. Puzzles are generally solid but there are a couple you’ll need luck to get.

Note that this starts as a split team room that requires a great deal of communication. Decent room but not great. Puzzles are fairly standard and relatively linear but very little sign posting - especially after the team is reunited. We tended to make the puzzles harder than they needed to be. Actually very good decor and props. There were clearly some puzzles that are not longer used that ended up causing us some frustration because we kept focusing on them.
