We requested the Halloween version in July and they made it happen for us! The actors did a great job! We felt that they really put 110% into acting out the story line for us and making it a unique experience. They even left a creepy gift for us to find on our way home! The puzzles were fun and the set was cute. It was spooky but not super scary.

Such a great room! The ways to get the keys are so fun! And even though you may finish with one prop doesn’t mean your finished in an area… so keep your eyes open! Really cool ways to ask for hints, and if we hadn’t been so enthralled with the immersive experience we would have made the leaderboard as a 2-player team!

The story in this escape room was strong. The lighting and effects really created a creepy experience.

Creepy room that has some good puzzles and keeps to its theme. I felt as if it got a bit choppy at points. Very good design. Would recommend.

Immersive start! I scare easily so the start of the room really got me. A spotlight was used to guide your way which was unique. One small malfunction which the games master fixed quickly and gave us 25% off our next room.

We went in as a team of three two of us have done multiple escape rooms before and the other attempted one prior. Neither of us have ever been to Trapped!. We took a shot at “One Eyed Jack” and we were able to complete it in 40mins. They spun a story about a serial killer and totally ran with it. The puzzles were integrated in with the story fairly well. The atmosphere was dark and a-little creepy. All in all my team enjoyed the room. Also the game master was friendly and the main lobby was clean and slick it was very minimal in a good way. My team will definitely be visiting again to try out there other rooms.

Staff was the best! Loved Sam. So was Haley! Creepy but honestly not too scary.

Great room! Very good atmosphere and some really unique puzzles we haven’t seen done anywhere before! Some non-linear stuff that kept a group of 6 pretty well occupied. We had a great time!

10/10 one of Trapped’s finest. This game and their “Pandora’s Box” in San Dimas are top notch. Exhilarating, challenging, logical, and overall well done. Given how great trapped is (and how popular it is) I’m always so impressed by their ability to have such clean rooms. They’re puzzles are also always in great condition. Never overused, faded, or dysfunctional. Great room, great company! Shout out to Roland! You’re the best.

Wow. These guys know their craft. I haven't done Puzzlemaster yet (I'm going next weekend), but One Eyed Jack was awesome. The room was very well integrated with the story. The game play was fun and varied. The technology was well integrated into the room. The ambiance was perfect. I do escape rooms all the time, and this was easily one of the best. Can't wait to do the other one. And they have a third opening soon. Also, Nick was very friendly and personable. He helped make the experience even better.
“Lighting choices and small details in the environment made for a compelling spooky atmosphere.“
“It puts you into a real-life immersive setting which is why most of us play escape rooms. “
