We escaped only after doing it twice. Creepy fun and immersive. Great puzzles. The second room was a letdown with lots of glitches but this one was great!!

Great room with variety of puzzles. We got tripped up on one specific puzzle and should have got out sooner!

To date this is my favorite room. Set design, tech integration, linear puzzles, and story line all fit well together. One hint and made it thru alive.

This place sets the tone as soon as you walk in. It has a murdery hotel vibe before you're even in the room. Very atmospheric and easy to get immersed into the story line. I thought they had good puzzles that fit the room design.

This a high-quality linear room. It is clear what you are working on the whole time. There is some good tech and hidden spots to explore. It is pretty mild on the scare factor if that is a concern, but no detail was spared in this hotel. Our group found the puzzles on the easy side, but I think they just clicked for us, they didn't seem that easy.

We had eagerly anticipated experiencing this room, especially due to the considerable hype surrounding it. The entire interaction with the company was a memorable experience in itself. The waiting hall for the game resembled something straight out of a murder hotel novel, with dimly lit and eerie hallways, and the rooms were marked in the typical fashion of older hotels. The introduction to the room successfully set the atmosphere right from the start. In terms of scenic design, going through the room was exactly what one would expect. The clue system displayed remarkable creativity and was in line with the overall theme. However, despite these positive aspects, we didn't encounter any truly "wow" puzzles throughout the experience. Given that it was a horror/thriller room, there were numerous opportunities to explore the "serial killer" archetype and create some jaw-dropping moments. Unfortunately, we never felt genuinely afraid or tense as we progressed through the room, nor did we experience the anticipation of the unknown that often accompanies such experiences. Overall, while the initial atmosphere and narrative surrounding the room were well-crafted, it failed to sustain that momentum throughout its progression.

This was my 50th escape room and I really wish I liked it more… Coming from Florida and completing some of the best rooms the state has to offer, this just fell short (especially compared to the reviews I read prior to completing the room). Some of the puzzles I had not seen before though and were pretty cool! The staff was nice but I didn’t feel as welcome as I have at other companies and that was a bit of a buzz kill.
“The room turned out to be a pleasant surprise with great immersion and discovery.“
