This was such a cozy escape room. Though the room wasnβt going for any theming besides βrooms with magic thingsβ it kept me interested the entire time. The two rooms we were in held secret after secret and they didnβt get boring to walk back and forth through. The fact that the puzzles were mainly attached to pad locks and keys didnβt take away to the fun of the room, and if anything added to the mechanical nature of the magic Houdini theme.

Could be great for beginners. Super nice game master. It was posted as medium level difficulty but Iβd say itβs definitely more beginner level. Itβs the fastest we ever escaped and I think we just felt a bit disappointed that an hour long room was done in 20 mins. But for beginners it would a great intro to escape rooms.

For a gen 1 type room, this is an entertaining room with some clever puzzles. There are SO many locks, but with a Houdini theme, I think it is appropriate.

Very lock heavyβ¦ if not almost exclusively lock based for the room. Not one of the best or most immersive ones Iβve done but a good bare minimum basic start for those tematice for rooms
