Some doors should never be opened… You find yourself enjoying a peaceful picnic in the woods, only to be caught off guard by a raging thunderstorm. Seeking refuge, you remember a peculiar old cabin you had passed earlier, seemingly abandoned and untouched for many years. Desperate for shelter, you sprint towards its weathered front porch with creaky floorboards and broken windows. Upon reaching the entrance, a chilling realisation dawns upon you – this place may not be completely abandoned after all!

One of my favourite escape rooms in Melbourne! The puzzles were smart and fun to solve. Everything made sense and it ticked all the boxes for me. Enjoyed the transition between rooms. Some people might find parts scary but I love that in an escape room.

Great room for horror lovers with a ton of references. There was a lot of effort to build a creepy atmosphere, and a few well crafted jump scares. No live actors or dark rooms, so if you are a scaredy cat like me it’s still manageable. A lot of care has gone into the puzzle design. If you are going to the Adventure Rooms, I would highly recommend all of their Bourke St rooms.

Having done a few 'spooky cabin' themed rooms in the past this one was definitely my favourite. A really well designed room when it comes to navigating through the space, the puzzles all made sense and were integrated into the set well. While the story was a little more on the obscure side, the general atmosphere and enthusiastic staff more than made up for it. Shoutout to Anna who was lovely.

I loved this room! The game master was super welcoming and the puzzles were a good blend of challenging but achievable. We struggled to solve a couple of the puzzles but we eventually got back on track and escaped

A great room with a challenging variety of puzzles that were mostly intuitive and flowed well. Design is fantastic, it really feels like you’re wondering through an actual house. Storyline did feel a little lacking but the immersion of the cabin brought it back for me. Anna our Game Master was great and helped answer any questions we had at the end and clearly had a passion for the industry and creating rooms that people enjoy.

The Abandoned Cabin was fun! Great production values, everything felt well put together. The puzzles integrated so well with the theme / story, it didn’t feel tokenistic. Great variety of puzzles, there were a bunch of padlocks but they were padded out with a great variety of switches, lights, music, object finding and more. Some very minor boo moments but creepy more than scary. Do recommend.
