Finding a house this cheap is rare in New York. You're not one to believe the stories, but they say this home was refuge for one of the most evil spirits the small town of Amityville has ever known. All of the home's past owners and families have disappeared without warning. Everyone in town tells you to get out while you can -- loss is inevitable, and terror is unavoidable. We hope you enjoy your first night at your new home.

The puzzles were fun in this room and fit the theme perfectly! It was exciting to play this room

Fun room with a great, spooky theme. Generally intuitive with an easy linear flow. A couple clues could have been better, but overall good experience. Room was missing 1 crucial clue due to a prop being refreshed. Staff apologized and hopefully fixed.

Amityville was a decent scary room if darkness and strange noises are your thing. Puzzle flow was very linear and a little underwhelming. This game most likely would be scary for people who donβt do scary things as a few people have to be braver than others. I would have liked to see a bit more to this room to take it to greatness. Side by side with Orphanage, the kids take the championship belt hands down.

Amityville was a decent room for the βhorrorβ enthusiast. The room is very dark and kind of spooky, which carried through the whole experience. There was one technical difficulty which we were stumped on for a while. Our game master didnβt say anything so we figured we did something wrong. When we asked for a hit, our game master asked us questions about the room as if he wasnβt following along with our journey at all. Not a great feeling. We did end up escaping with a couple jump scares. I think if you get the right game master, this room would be great especially around Halloween.

Definitely a spooky room but too dark at times making it intrusively hard to see. Of course, the dark contributed nicely to the set design for sure! Overall, enjoyed it!

This room had a good bit of spooky in it. Although this wasnβt exactly my favorite, I do give them credit on creating a growing, scary atmosphere. This room is meant to be dark, but thereβs also a point where dark can be too dark. I donβt mean in theming, in environment. The given starter lights still made things a little too difficult in the beginning. I did like the progression of the story and the spooks built in. I think this is just fine for a group of 2-4

The room was too dark and it didnβt need to be so. Got hurt bumping into a [spoiler]. Solved a few puzzles unintentionally and even unknowingly.

Excellent decor, cool game play but holy hellβ¦ this is more of a 30-45 minute room. Not enough puzzles. The puzzles they did have were coolβ¦β¦
