This room had lots of space to roam around and had great flow. Unique puzzles that I havenβt seen before. I love the fact that thereβs a timer in the room

A great need addition to one of maze roomβs newest location. Highly techy with a great level of prop immersion. Linear in nature, so i wouldnt recommend a giant group of people! Had A fun memorable game play mechanic that was iconic to the theme!

Def a higher tech room with some cool elements and fun moments but thereβs a few major fundamental issues, including one puzzle that is not hard at all but is incredibly frustrating because it relies on unnecessary tech. And another puzzle or two that didnβt really tell you what you needed to do so the lack of direction felt odd Overall still a good time but you can tell itβs a newer room with some kinks to iron out

Was worried about things not working given negative reviews however the entire room worked great! There is one puzzle that requires a hint, they could have down more or maybe placed a clock in the room with yellow and red to help out customers.

Very fun room. High tech puzzles with very few normal key pads and locks. I had a big group of 9 and we all thought it was high quality. We DID accidentally skip 2 puzzles but a room malfunction or something. We put a previously used prop into a slot and it triggered even tho that wasnβt the correct one for that puzzle.

From a GM who clearly thought escape rooms were stupid and could care less about telling us the story to failed tech and terrible puzzles, this was one of the worst experiences Iβve had playing escape rooms. At one point, doors opened to another area, and we were very confused what triggered it. After asking the GM, she said βoh, solving it 3/4 is good enough.β Like, what?! So puzzles just solve to some arbitrary point? How is that even remotely satisfying? They had all these cool props and a great set, but you barely did anything with it. The clues and puzzles all felt super clunky with little to no signposting. Despite having high tech components, the clues were super unclear and frankly a throwback to old, bad, escape rooms. Even at the end, we asked for a photo and she goes βoh did you want me to take it, or do you just want to do a selfie?β Avoid this room unless you like bad puzzles, broken tech, and terrible customer service.

This game was a huge let-down. The overall experience was so bad that we left upset and wanting our money back. The game is still new, yet there were at least five instances of tech that weren't working. So much stuff was broken and we kept having to use the walkie talkie to get the game master to see that we had already done the correct things. There were two instances where the game master told us to just keep jiggling the objects until the tech registered that we had done it, even though we'd been doing that for a long time already. The game started off with a door open that should not have been open, so I had to use the walkie talkie to tell the game master that I had a feeling something was unlocked prematurely. He came in during the game to check and fix it, and then later one he came in yet again because he thought there was something wrong with the walkie talkies (there wasn't), breaking what should have been a cool reveal during the game. There was only ONE fun moment in the game that was tech-based, and the rest of the gameplay was really just... bad. There was a toggle switch puzzle wherein the solution did NOT match what we were supposed to look at, confirmed by the game master. There was a puzzle to which the solution was to look at things that were incredibly unclear and barely visible due to bad tech, and even the actions required by some of the puzzles were nonsensical and had no reason to exist. Oh, and to make matters even worse, there were two points in the game where tech wasn't working and the game master was not responding on the walkie talkie. Keep in mind this was AFTER the game master had already come in because he thought there was something wrong with the walkie talkie when there wasn't. We were literally waving at the cameras hoping he would see us, but he was busy doing something else and our time was ticking away, unable to make progress because of broken tech. Oh, and at one point when we had a solution and wanted to confirm we had done something correctly (we had), the game master started giving us a clue to a puzzle that didn't even exist in our game. He thought we were in a different game. Lastly, when we finished the final task, the door opened, and we just walked ourselves out and to the game master's control room where he and another game master were just monitoring a different game and laughing at the people playing it. I knocked on the door and he was like, "Oh, you're out!", and I handed him the walkie talkie and thanked him before we left. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend NOT playing this game. I've done 200+ games and am a big Ghostbusters fan and was so looking forward to this, and my friends and I felt so cheated of our money. I honestly hope this game closes so they can fix all of the broken tech, fix the puzzle with the illogical solution, train the game master on how to properly attend to a game, and maybe even replace at LEAST two of the puzzles in the game that were just really badly designed and nonsensical. I'd hate for someone new to escape games to experience this in its current state and think this is what escape games are like.
