The atmosphere was very cool, but definitely a touristy place, too many people in 1 escape room, so it makes it very hard when people don’t want to play nice. Wasn’t super scary, a few places here and there that made you jump, and a some cool interactive parts to the room. Happy to have done it but wouldn’t pay the money again because too many people are crowded into 1 room.

This was definitely more of an experience than an actual escape room. That being said, the atmosphere was great, and felt like you were in the movies and trapped in the 'game'. It was tougher with a larger group to actually know all of what was going on, but it was still a good experience altogether.

Great build, especially if you are a fan of the movies! Unfortunately, that's the best part of it. You get pushed through the experience because of other groups coming behind you so it really detracts from the escape room feel.

Puzzles are pretty simple. You are really there for the experience. Enjoy the scenery.

This room will “push” you into the next rooms whether you solve them or not, so it keeps things moving. You will be mixed with other groups until the max amount of people are filled for each time slot so be aware. This can really hinder your success if people don’t communicate clues, etc. contains jump scares and has actors to keep things feeling real and pressured.

Escape room is honestly a misnomer here- it's more like a horror maze with puzzles stuffed in. The place is huge and we probably spent about 1.5 hours in here, but it was an extremely stressful experience with a live actor yelling at us for most of the time. The puzzles were not logical or cohesive. You get clues via intercom for every room and it was honestly super hard to hear/ focus. You don't get to take your time per room but are instead ushered out at the end of a designated amount of time in the room (15 min or whatever) and forced into the next room regardless of whether you finished. The production value and sets were extremely high though and the atmosphere felt like you were in a SAW movie. We were very creeped out and scared for the majority of the experience. Would highly recommend if you're a horror fan and would like to experience a very immersive set. Would not recommend if you're looking to do an escape room.

Make sure to do a private room so you don’t get stuck with any inexperienced people. Had my group of 4 get paired with a group of 5 who asked for the scare level to not be intense and a guide to give hints nonstop (ruined the experience for us). Ended up telling the guide that we were going to leave him trapped in the final room if he didn’t quit yelling out the answers.

I am trying my darndest best to like the experience… but, I just simply can’t. However, I will try to review it as fairly as I can. The production value I think is quite good. The gimmicks are well placed and the set makes thing quite immersive. But, the fun kinda stops there. To say that this is an escape room would be misleading; because it isn’t. It’s more like a walkthrough like Universal Studio tour with a set time limit to appreciate the room AKA solving the puzzle. So, imagine the walkthrough in universal studio with the loud audio and visual effects while you and a group of your friends or strangers try to solve the puzzle within time limit. It can be a recipe for success OR a disaster. Unfortunately, ours are the latter. I understood the concept of the staffs nudging you along with hints to solve the puzzle. Ours are more like a drill sergeant yelling at hints and puzzles while at the same time acting as one of the victim of Jigsaw. I felt so out of the place when she commanded us on what to do about the puzzle. That breaks the immersion of the experience. The whole time I felt she just want us to rush the whole thing. At one point I felt like I just want to tell her, “hey lady, if you know how to escape the room why don’t you just do it for us?!” At the bottom line, my issue with this room is it’s half and half quality. It’s trying to be an escape room at the same time a walkthrough experience. I think they should choose to be one or the other.

This room is very cool if you are a SAW fan. It is more about the experience than puzzles (in my opinion).

I loved this experience! The set and immersion were both amazing! The story line and flow really made it feel like you were a part of the plot. The puzzles are difficult but the live actors will help guide you along. The live actors are a bit rushed as they are on a strict timeline, however, I did feel like they wanted to see us solve the puzzles and were happy for us when we did. Highly recommend!
“It seriously delivered. Stepping inside felt like crossing over into Jigsaw’s depraved world.“
