normally iβm easy to please. give me a fun game and iβll have a fun time. this was the first game where i genuinely had a sour taste in my mouth leaving. where do i begin? first off the first room was right next to the lobby, so all we heard was chatter the first 15 minutes. no biggie. the lack of any sound in the room amplified this. the puzzles made no sense to some capacity. some of them did make sense! and there was plenty of room for this adventure to be great! but it wasnβt. i feel like the room had SO much potential, but due to lack of upkeeping and improper game mastering, it fell extremely flat. speaking of game mastering, it was clear they were not watching us. we waved our hands like crazy, to no avail. furthermore, popping stuff open is NOT game mastering. when a puzzle is done correctly, a group should not have to wait 5 minutes just to solve a puzzle. the final cherry on top; our host (who we actually presume was the manager), accused us of cheating the game, rushed us through the broken puzzles, and left us with no thank you or goodbye. overall, if you charge $41, i should receive a $41 experience. accusing your customers of cheating and then basically pushing them out is not how to get returning customers.

I was so excited to do this room, I looked forward to this day for a bit of time, but after walking out, Iβm just disappointed. This was a surprise birthday present for me that slowly turned for the worst. The room itself was not the best, and some puzzles were just open or were opened by itself. We were rushed through this game and I felt I didnβt get a chance to really take in the room. If I pay $41 to do a room, I expect to have an incredible experience. My experience was much less than incredible. *UPDATE* The manager called our party after we sent an email and made things right. He shared his frustration with us and was very nice and respectful. The manager offered us a free game and will be having us back in the future so that we can give them another shot which our party is willing to do.

Very challenging room. But puzzles were both innovative and fair. Lots to do. I usually choose to play games with just two people, but would suggest at least four for this game.

Definitely the best room this company has to offer. Plenty of puzzles to solve, so there is lots to do for everyone. A cool steampunk/time traveller theme with some subtle nerdy nods. Although I highly recommend checking out other companies. The owner of this company is notoriously rude and I have watched him berate the employees whilst he was there.

Fun game. Cool set, lots of content. Bring a larger team. Fun concepts and puzzles. Recommended!

Great room! Very difficult! Time is very key and knowing how to read an analog clock is a MUST!

Glitchy tech allows several critical puzzles to be solved out of sequence. Rude host. Way too many hints that felt like a way to rush us through.

Clock Tower has a reputation for being an unusual game thatβs worth playing but showing its age. That was my experience when our team played it in NYC. Note that Clock Tower is available in other locations. There was some really great puzzles that made you think creatively. There were also a couple of clunkers including one of the last puzzles which had a weak solution. The tech is well done and definitely moves the story along. Despite itβs age, Clock Tower still passes the test of time.
βIt transported us not just through time, but into a spaceβ¦seriously challenging and still fair.β
