From start to finish, it was not a very good experience. When arriving, there were many groups coming in at the same time. The group before us was running. The host was being rude to a young group trying to fill out their waivers. In the rules, we were told that they do not interfere/provide hints unless you ask for it or may break something, fair enough. Now, we begin and enter the room. Something happened that required someone to enter the room and reset a piece, which seemed like a flaw in the design of the room, but whatever. The room had no audio after this reset, it seemed they did not properly reset it. We are working through the room as normal cruising along. On the second to last puzzle, with 25 minutes left, they tell us flat out how to solve it, unprompted. I do not know why, but it seemed it was to rush us out of the room as the group before us ran late. On the final puzzle, nothing happened. I mean, literally nothing at all. After tinkering for a while, someone just walked into our room and said, "Are you done?". We stood there dumbfounded like, "I don't know, you tell us?" as nothing was happening and the clocked had not stopped. Then we awkwardly left the room and asked if something was supposed to happen with this final puzzle as there was some tech and clearly something should have been happening. He shrugged his shoulders and asked for a review and to mention his name. To say the least, we did not do so. The theme was cool, but you are told you are finding Dr Watsons secret gadget, but surprise, there is none. Considering the medical crisis you are supposed to be solving, there is no sense of urgency at all. Some puzzles were random information throughout the room and there was no real reason why it was a solution. Overall the room was sub-par, but the real issue was poor staff from start to finish. I would spend your money somewhere else.

Fun room. Very little story given. Had to ask for multiple hints because the hints we were given were not helpful. Didnβt really solve the issues we were having. A lot of the solutions to puzzles werenβt necessarily clear that the puzzle would be solved in that way.

This room has sooo many puzzles that time management is imperative. A lot of pieces to manage.

This was such a unique storyline and I love to find something unique after doing a hundred rooms. Very smart room

I was interested in the theme but the actual execution was hit-or-miss. Minus points for the final task literally breaking down on our group within the final minutesβ¦

This is one of the coolest and most unique rooms Iβve done in terms of teamwork. Not just because you start off split up but because of what you ultimately have to do when you are all together. I canβt imagine doing this room with less than 4 players. However the 8 we had was way too many. Itβs a big space but for us too many cooks in the kitchen. That said, the room is super cool especially if you like science or are in the medical field. Set design is very unique!

I liked the teamwork aspect of this room. There was some tech mixed with locks and boxes. Overall a fun, unique room. We saved the patient!
