The year is 1881 and you find yourself in the Wild, Wild West. The lawmen around these parts aren’t too fond of you and your gang known as The Cowboys. Yesterday, Wyatt Earp, his two brothers and Doc Holliday gunned down two of your cohorts in front of the O.K. Corral in the streets of Tombstone, Arizona. Another was captured and is set to hang at sunrise. Get to town and break your friend out of jail, before it’s too late...

While I know people love whatever happened to the garrets, my group all preferred tombstone. We challenged ourselves to play the room without speaking a word, merely hand gestures and grunts which definitely made for more fun in the actual room, but even taking that aside we all preferred the puzzles and flow of tombstone. Tombstone had a great set, definitely one of, if not the best old western set I’ve seen in a room, featuring some really fun and cool moments that had my boss and I poking around to see just how they accomplished that. Really fun and intuitive puzzles that even without speaking someone could solve and fairly easy explain to you the solve, which is great. The room is definitely on the easier side, and is the first room at this location, and thus shows it’s age a slight bit more. But all in all, fantastic room for newbies or enthusiasts alike (though enthusiasts might want to challenge themselves here a bit too) and I highly recommend Tombstone, even over Whatever Happened to the Garrett’s.

the production design was superb, and the effects across the board were impressive. i felt there were opportunities to make set pieces even more immersive. the world building is one of the strongest i’ve seen in a room.

Great immersive experience. Wonderful game play. Flows great, all the puzzles make logical sense. This is one of our favorites. Great technical aspects.

One of our puzzles wouldn’t open which really broke immersion. Game master had to write the clue by hand (his handwriting was definitely NOT legible), but overall it was fine. Definitely nothing special. imo the two rooms at this location are fairly mediocre but definitely not truly bad rooms. They are worth doing if you’ve done most rooms in los angeles, but this is one of the most over-rated rooms out there

Outstanding production design!! This was a harder medium, would recommend 3-4 people.

Fun game, don't need to know the movie, flows really well. Rank as a medium

This was a very fun game that made you also think outside the escape room box were all used to! The game flowed great and the props were perfect. It is a very decent Gen 1 room! The only flaw was that it wasn’t as bright as it should’ve been but that’s a very small complaint. Other than that, the room was great as were the GM and atmosphere in general.
