Good room. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the staff here. In addition to our awkward and unfair experience during their other room (being forced to wait for strangers then not getting a group photo), when entering into this room it was not fully reset properly and the lights were off. Our GM noticed this while putting us in the first room (which is very very small, but thatβs a part of the relation to the movie). Instead of asking us to wait a moment outside of the room while he fixed the lighting, he asked us to fix it ourselves while in the dark room. He instructed us how to plug a string of lights into an outlet in the ceiling, which I could not see or reach. My dad had to use his phone flashlight to see the outlet and was the only one able to reach it. It was not the BIGGEST inconvenience ever, but it was just weird to fix something as the GM stood and watched. I have done quite a few escape rooms and have never been asked to fix something when the GM was right there and could have fixed it himself, but didnβt because βI was closerβ or whatever reason. Especially as someone who works for an escape room, I would never ask a client help reset the room.

Chocolate Factory was my 51st escape room. There are a lot of mediocre escape rooms out there. Good ones aren't that hard to find, but it is really disappointing when you shell out $60 on a date with your wife to find out that the escape room you've booked is not that great. Chocolate Factory isn't that. Although the decorations are obviously homemade, they aren't bad. The decor was actually really good. Nice touch, too, that they've put candy all over the room and invite you to eat as much as you want. The puzzles were clever and different, and they are all supported by well-thought out clues. Top it off with the fact that the theme and music and clues all tie in really well with Gene Wilder's Willy Wonka, and you've got a five-star room.

A fun game with unique puzzles. Room set was medium quality but they used what they had well. Completed with 2 but could have used an extra set of hands.

It was an enjoyable room to play but I would not go out if my way to play it. We had a good time. It's just not that special.

Super cute room. Seemed like itβs a bit on the older side but the theming is on par with the movie! Itβs nothing special compared to other rooms Iβve done but still fun!

Best advice for this room is to look EVERYWHERE! Nothing super special about this room but loved the theme and the candy! Fun for groups of 4 or 5!

Fun room but could use a refurbishment⦠couple of the puzzles were broken, and just looked and felt run down. Still fun tho

All around a pretty good game. One puzzle is particularly physically difficult and takes time and unfortunately itβs one of the last puzzles. So if you have gotten stuck up to that point it ends up being a puzzle that the game masters canβt help with. Which is not a good way to end the game. We ended up feeling really rushed at the end and it made it less enjoyable. Nevertheless, a good looking room. Let you feel that you could become immersed in the classic Wonka movie.

They had free lollipops! Cool puzzles. Great job connecting the movie to the room. Cute decorations.

FREE CANDY!! They gave you suckers while you play. They really did a great job tying in the movie with this room.
βAn awesome, family-friendly puzzle game.β
