This room is one our our favorites so far. Excellent theming and a unique starting puzzle. It wasn’t hard, but the number of puzzles will keep you busy. I liked that it wasn’t linear, so your group can all participate on different paths and all participate while working towards the finish. Complex use of sensors to trigger reactions was pretty impressive. It was a good size room, so we didn’t feel squeezed together in our party of 5. The room is well taken care of, all props and the room environment look fairly new, and everything worked properly.
This was our first room at Expedition Escape, and we immediately booked another room next month. The employees on site including our game master were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our GM was extremely knowledgeable of the room and all of the puzzles. We liked that he didn’t send unwanted clues in a couple of puzzles that we struggled with, and let us work through them. We had plenty of time, and finished the room in 43 minutes without using any clues. A quality experience that was more than just a bunch of locks. It was a nice balance and had plenty of fun things to do and a few surprises.
