The Puppet MasterEclipse EscapeEscape roomIRLThe one thing we absolutely appreciated from this company was that even though we finished 1 minute over time - because of the lockout period on the computer puzzle (pur fault, not theirs) - they still let us complete the room into over time. This made the entire experience well worth going as we were able to get the full room experience. I don't know if they do this for all groups or if it was because we were so close to finishing, but it definately made the whole experience for us. We haven't come across a company that has done this before & so we would hands down say that it puts these guys way out in front of any company we have ever done ERs with. We really really appreciated this & would like to thank them for it also.

Although they had both French & English instructions to all the puzzles that needed instructions.. the translation didn't always make sense in English, so we struggled a little at points.
