Das Geheime Elixier [The Secret Elixir]Hidden GamesEscape roomIRLA very enjoyable experience for our three generations family outing (ages 35+ ;-) Right from the lobby, which featured various puzzles to get us in the mood, a concise introduction to the rules and a narrative prologue, we dove straight into the story in our quest to find the secret elixir. There was plenty to discover; the individual areas were beautifully and atmospherically designed, featuring an intriguing, winding layout. The tasks were easy to spot; some were designed to be tackled in parallel, while others required collaboration and communication. The puzzles integrated seamlessly into the narrative and successful solutions were clearly signaled by distinct feedback. Some of the puzzle mechanics used overlapped with those in other rooms of the Hidden Games franchise, but this didn’t matter for our group, as i was the only one who played at Hidden. Our attentive game master (sorry i forgot your name, it started with T) provided hints at precisely the right moments, subtle nudges in the right direction that never gave too much away. The finale was also beautifully executed, providing a memorable conclusion to a well-rounded story.
Der König der Träume [The King of Dreams] [Immersive Experience]MiraculumEscape roomIRLMiraculum operates on a comprehensive concept that welcomes you into its world of wonders right at the entrance. The transition from the real world into each of Miraculums stories is marvelous and crafted with unique, subtle surprises. The story started delightfully quirky and called for an unconventional approach. After a brief adjustment phase we were aligned and able to master of first task, secretly smiling. And then the King of Dreams unfolded a wonderful adventure, featuring beautifully designed environments, great puzzles, humorous interactions, and a powerful emotional arc that culminates in a joyful finale. Each section had its own unique atmosphere, immersively enhanced by lighting and sound, featured fitting tasks and riddles that advanced the story and allowed visitors to delve ever deeper into the realm of dreams. Cheerful and happy, we returned strengthend to reality. Thank you for the wonderful time
