“This room had a strong start for an intro as well as the end. It felt like an adventure throughout the entire time. You never felt like you were not making progress. There is a lot of content that is relatively simple / straightforward, though some teammates said it felt tedious doing some puzzles like the tactile fabric and the counting of symbols on silverware. Reflecting back on this, I'm very surprised that this room was only 60 minutes given how big it felt.”

“Unreal! Next level game. Beautiful set design and production - I mean, I’m just blown away by the entire experience. It’s a truly special room! The puzzles were fun (not difficult - which was great as I brought a newbie) and our GM Seth was hilarious. We laughed so much! I took a friend who had never played an escape room before and I fear it’s all downhill from here for him. 🤣”

“This is fairly linear in a way that two people can solve it without feeling frustration that one of you isn't a good fit for certain puzzles, but nonlinear in the sense that you can split up and look for different clues or complete solves independently as well. All puzzles are simple enough that a wide range of demographics will feel comfortable; nothing requires advanced knowledge or skill. It's still challenging enough for more advanced groups to have a good time because the environment is so engaging and fun. Those really keen on the stories behind the solves will probably find this a great room because it's truly a story itself. I'm almost never interested in the story and find them to be irrelevant, but not this time. 10/10 don't miss it. As a couple we would recommend for groups of 2-3.”

“DEFINITE HEART. WOW. What a room! I absolutely loved the puzzles! There were lines and non linear elements and lots to do for everyone. Everything was so high tech and you can really tell so much went into the room design. The DETAILS DETAILS DETAILS. So much to see, explore, do, and even some more challenging puzzles (more so bc we didn’t have a pen and paper tbh so memory played a bigger element). Great room! A must do in Reno. Also I have to shoutout Maxwell for the best escape room rules intro I’ve ever seen 🔥”

“This room was a blast! It was my favorite of all their rooms at this location. I loved the theme, which was a very unique one amongst escape rooms. The puzzles were fun and challenging and plentiful. And the set design and size of the room was above and beyond. I really enjoyed it all from start to finish. Definitely a must do if you’re in the area! I’m a little surprised this isn’t an hour room. We finished in under an hour and we weren’t trying to rush and also spun our wheels for a considerable amount of time on one puzzle that we didn’t want help on. I’d call it Medium difficulty, not the Hard Morty lists it as, especially if you have 90 minutes to solve it.”

“Absolute chaos in the best way possible! If you love puzzles, this is the room for you. The frenzy of recipes presented to you makes for a fast-paced experience. My group of 3 went in knowing there would be a lot to do, so we hit the ground running and it was genuinely exhilarating trying to bounce around to different puzzles without pausing for transitions or story beats. It honestly felt like we were chefs working in a kitchen slammed for the dinner rush, cooking in parallel but calling out for each other when we needed info or a second pair of eyes. The sheer volume of puzzles already had me sold, but the variety and mechanics of the room were outright impressive.”

My kids 7 and 5 enjoyed as our GM as well. Both sets are top tier. There is plenty to do in both rooms. I say play them back to back. You won’t be disappointed. Brain Games know what they are doing. “Rating: 5/5 - Wow, fantastic, it surprised me in one of the best ways. Must-play for Jurassic Park fans. Here's why this is one of my favorites rooms: ➕ They tout this as a cinematic experience and it does feel that way, it's like you're visiting Jurassic Park. This room would be right at home at Universal Studios. ➕ Set looks amazing, with multiple scene changes and great use of elevation. They spared no expense. ➕ Tons of tech with great use of audio and special effects. There were some padlocks but where they were used made sense. ➕ Some puzzles felt more task-like but to me that adds immersion, I don't like escape room logic. ➕ Puzzles were fun and fit the theme, they had physical/tactile aspects. ➕ Multiple climactic and "wow" moments, it was fun progressing through the game. ➕ GM was helpful when needed The game has some tense moments and loud noises but it's not scary or spooky. I would recommend 2-4 players. My ranking of Memphis Escape rooms I've played starting with my favorite: 1. Jurassic Project 2. Monsters from the Abyss 3. Shipwreck Cove 4. One Night in the 90s”

“Rating: 4.5/5 - Some of the best magic trick related puzzles, perfect for magician fans Pros: ➕Set was immersive and decorated floor to ceiling, everything looked good ➕Loved how most of the puzzles felt like actual magic tricks including one sequence that was entertaining for the team. I enjoyed the puzzles here more than the ones at Servants of Sleight in FL which felt more random. ➕Lots of magic related references and great reveals ➕Puzzles made sense, and were satisfying to solve ➕Numerous tactile/physical interactions ➕Multiple rooms to explore ➕Almost all tech, it felt magical. The few padlocks were used where they made sense to the theme ➕Satisfying ending ➕GM was friendly and helpful when needed Room for improvement: ➖One puzzle required a bit of outside knowledge but the GM provided that info ➖Public bookings by default, private costs extra It is better to play the the game at Pigeon Forge over the Gatlinburg location as the one here is newer, more spacious and has an additional puzzle or two. I'd recommend teams of 2-4 enthusiasts, we finished with plenty of time left as a team of 2 with a couple nudges. One person will need to crawl. My ranking of the games I played here starting with my favorite: 1. Masters of Magic (play at Pigeon Forge location since it is newer and bigger) 2. Boogeyman 3. Haunting of Hyde House 4. “This was an absolute blast and one of those rooms that just puts a smile on your face the entire time. The puzzle flow was excellent and we stayed in a great rhythm throughout the game. There were even a few genuinely funny moments during puzzle solving that had our group laughing, which made the experience even more memorable. You can tell a lot of thought and care was baked into this room because everything felt intentional. The tech and magic elements were integrated really well and added to the experience without feeling gimmicky. The ending was especially fun and gave us one of those satisfying team moments where everyone was smiling afterward. Big shoutout to our GM who was also the owner. She was incredibly personable and friendly, and we ended up hanging around talking escape rooms afterward and swapping recommendations for rooms in CA when her fam comes out our way and for the next time we are back in CO. “Such a cute Wonderland–themed escape room! 🐇🫖 I really enjoyed how creatively the space was utilized and how the different rooms connected together—it made the experience feel like you were truly falling down the rabbit hole. The puzzles were fun, approachable, and perfectly on theme, and the overall design really brought the Wonderland magic to life. It’s definitely a great room for everyone, especially families and younger children. There were plenty of fun little details to discover, and the whole experience was curiouser and curiouser! My only criticism is that there is some noticeable wear and tear from time, so the room could use a little “paint me red!” sprucing up. That said, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. “My husband and I did a weekend trip and did all six rooms! These are all amazing rooms that you must do if you get the chance. Bring a team of four. There is so much to see and do that even if you could do it with a smaller team you'll want to be able to have the opportunity to take it all in. The staff was super nice in that they let us complete all of the rooms even though our time had run out on 5 of the 6 rooms. They aren't very chatty but I chalk that up to the amount of reset they need to do after a team works their way through the game. The sets are next level and are some of the best I have come across. Every detail is thought out to such an amazing degree. Kudos to the set team who designed the sets. The puzzles are beyond excellent! The flow was exceptional in every room! I won't go into super detail because these all need to be experienced! If you have any questions, please reach out to me! Loved, loved, loved this entire experience!!”

The decor looks fantastic, the puzzles are clever and satisfying, and everything flows together smoothly. This is probably the second-best Egyptian-themed room I’ve done so far—and that’s no pyramid scheme! 🐪 The theming and atmosphere really pull you in, and there are plenty of little details that make the experience feel thoughtfully crafted. I also can’t praise the team here enough for their exceptional customer service. “So much fun! My boyfriend and I barely made it lol. Love having multiple rooms which is typically the standard for the speakeasy theme. The puzzles were a good mixture of generally straightforward and some more thought provoking, I think the sheer amount of things to be done was nearly too much for a group of two but certainly not impossible. We were a little frantic in the second room but I recall the first room is very nonlinear and larger groups could cover more ground in the same time span as a couple. It was wonderful having Erin the owner as our GM, we asked for nudges only if it meant we’d otherwise run out of time and she was perfectly on point since we finished with 34 seconds left! You must call to book if you have less than 4 people but it was a very simple process, pricing is very fair and there is no “overhead fee,” if you only have 2 people then you pay for 2 people. Parking is street or garage so give yourself room for error before your booking time.”

“The only thing better than doing a witch-themed escape room in Salem is doing one that's also very fun and cleverly designed! My friends and I have a tradition of doing an escape room whenever we're vacationing in a new city, and you couldn't ask for a better one in Salem. The puzzles are the right level of difficult for experienced teams, but the room also has a fun hinting system, ensuring even less experienced ones will have a good time and likely make it to the end. If you're on Morty, you're probably an escape room fan, but in a broader sense, I think Witch's Hollow deserves to succeed not only as an excellent room, but also as a genuinely fun and immaginative witchy thing to do in a town that has its fair share of cheesy cash grabs. If you and your friends or family want to go on a witchy adventure and try your hand at some surprising spell casting when you're in Salem, forget all of the wax museums and "haunted attractions" and come here instead. There's some real love, passion and creativity on display in this imaginative escape room. And if you're an escape room fan planning a vacation and wondering if this little two-room venue has got it...it does! Hopefully someday we'll be able to do their second room as well.”

“This was a really cute and entertaining game. I liked how a lot of the puzzle mechanics were outside of the box and thematic to the robot theme. The animatronics were also super impressive. We lucked out on some of the more tricky puzzles and got them on our first try but I could see how it could be frustrating for less experienced escape room goers. Some of them are pretty hard to figure out what you need to do and include a lot of red herrings. In terms of accessibility you need at least 1 person who’s willing to climb around on the floor a little and there’s a little bit of smoke effects at one point if that’s something that will bother you. All in all, I enjoyed myself a lot. Solid 9/10 room.”

I won’t spoil anything but the progression of the room is surprising, from entrances that reveal themselves to the rooms you get to explore, there’s so much hidden and it’s satisfying the whole time. “Rating: 4/5 - Cool artistic style, appropriately creepy with lots of tech Pros: ➕Immersive, high budget set decorated floor to ceiling ➕Numerous custom props, easter eggs for the designer's other rooms, and fun nostalgia ➕Enjoyable storyline and puzzles that fit the theme ➕Just about everything was tech, I don't recall any padlocks. The tech had tactile/physical interactions. ➕Unique intro and satisfying ending ➕More than a single room, multiple areas to explore ➕GM was friendly and helpful when needed Room for improvement: ➖One significant tech feature was mostly non-functional. It didn't harm any of the puzzle solving but caused a cool reveal to be spoiled early. They told me that they are working on replacing/repairing this tech item. ➖A bit on the easy side, wish the puzzles were a bit more challenging. But it's good for beginners or solo players. ➖Public bookings by default, private costs extra I'd recommend teams of 1-3 enthusiasts, I finished solo with around 20 min left and minimal help from the GM. The game is mostly creepy with no major jump scares, just some minor startles. There is no blood/gore, it's more like Scooby-Doo style. I’ve done all of them and I’d say the Bridge Between is probably the hardest room at the Quest Tavern! It requires a minimum of 2 people, but to finish within the time limit of 75 minutes, I’d say 3-4 is recommended. Not scary at all! There is a LOT of puzzles and so much to do in this room. Not terribly a lot of seeking puzzles. Very immersive, including the hint system! Our GM was absolutely stellar in making for an unforgettable experience!
