DeclassifiedRed Door Escape Room - TopangaEscape roomIRLThis is just a really poorly designed room. As someone who has done 150+ escape rooms, this was one of the worst. Nothing led into each other and even with hints certain puzzles couldn’t be solved/didn’t make logical sense. The game master also didn’t give us a run down of the story and stuck us into the room. We were a few minutes late because of the large size of the mall so I understand this rush, however the theme as it was explained didn’t show up in the room well. The room design and “theme” were not cohesive at all. One puzzle took up quite a bit of time as the piece we need to solve it continued to disappear on a screen, making it very frustrating.
