13th Basement - Naughty Elf
Exit Game OC - Anaheim
Escape room
IRL
Very fun room. The live actor really made the experience. And for anyone concerned. This isn’t scary. Spooky atmosphere. But not really scary. The live actor doesn’t scare you. More of a mischievous elf that tries to mess with you. Very fun

MindTrap Escape Room - Temecula

One of the most immersive games I've played so far. The story draws you in from the very beginning. Tech works seamlessly. Room flows well. Non linear room with lots of puzzles to do. So come with a big group.
Against Us: Space Team
UNLOCKED: Escape Room
Escape room
IRL
mix of gen 1/2 room. you start head to head, your group is split into 2 rooms. (so even numbers are preferred). the rooms seem almost identical. with a few differences. puzzles were ok, flow was ok, story was ok.
Arcade
Escape Era
Escape room
IRL
i love arcades which is why I did this room. but honestly I was a bit dissapointed by how this room turned out. the puzzles were on theme, with the whole arcade thing, but didnt make a ton of sense in the room itself, didint really flow super well. in the final part the pacing just sort of slowed down. additionally one of the puzzles were broken and the GM had to come in to fix it. it wasnt all bad though, a few of the puzzles were enjoyable and they had one fun reveal but that was it
Atlantis: The Forgotten City
Hypnotic Escape Rooms
Escape room

High tech. Full 3rd generation room. Medium level difficulty. Very cool effects. Friendly staff. family friendly room
Attic
Escape Hotel Hollywood
Escape room
IRL
we did this room becuase we waned a challenge and it had the highest fail rate. this room defenitly had a few tough puzzles. but nothing impossible. the set design was enjoyable, good use of low lighting, and the tech was fun. the room is gen 3 fully automated.
Billy Bonka and the Burst Bubble
Conundrum - Lakewood
Escape room
IRL
Set design was cute. Room wasn't too big. Some linear and non linear components. Puzzles were simple but fun. Alot of hands on Puzzles, good for kids.
Black and White Cafe
MindFox Escape
Escape room

This was a small, single room. Simple. But the puzzles were very fun, with a lot having multiple layers to them. Which needed some thought but the puzzles were intuitive and well thought out. They were surprisingly clever and on theme. A mix of gen 1/2. It had too many combo locks that weren't really on theme for my liking. And this was one of the first rooms where It only had one room (no transition to a second room). But honestly these were my only criticisms. I don't necessarily consider this a spoiler, just setting expectations for the enthusiasts who have come to expect the "hidden door to the next room" but still very enjoyable room
Black Cat
Planet Escape Room

nice set, clever puzzles, in an Egyptian themed room
