Servants of Sleight
The Exit Games FL
Escape room
IRL
Still one of the best games I’ve ever played. Everything flowed well, made sense, unique puzzles, interactions, one surprise after the next. Wish I could experience it for the first time again
Pins & Needles Tattoo Parlor
The Exit Games FL
Escape room

Another amazing escape room! The intro was unique and they way it tied into later into the game was fun. The theme was definitely scarier than servants of sleight but still cool and unique. Parts of this room didn’t flow as well or were as logical as servants of sleight. Physicality is required in one part which wasn’t a concern in my group so I’m not sure how they accomodate for that. Still talk about this room and recommend it
Puppet Heist: The Hand Of Life
The Bureau Adventure Games
Escape room
IRL
Fun and cute theming. Very linear storyline that you are guided through. Large space and great decorating. Nothing was too much of a logical leap. A minor downside for my personal taste is that it felt more like a task based game rather than finding and solving puzzles more organically
Captain Spoopy Bones and the Magnificent Quest For Some Other Pirate's Treasure!
Doldrick's Escape Room

Amazing room! You need A LOT of good verbal communication in this room as you are separated for part of it. The last room is so cool with their decorations and thoughtfulness of puzzles utilizing the decor.
The Satirical Miracle: A Jolly Tale Of Granny's Blackmail
The Escape Ventures - Orlando
Escape room

Great theme and decoration. Fun that there was a goal and direction to go rather than just trying to escape. Varying level of difficulty in puzzles. Good mix of mechanical and magnetic locks.
The Video Store
Dare 2 Escape
Escape room

Loved it! Only 2 rooms but so much to do/see/explore it really didn’t matter. Loved the nostalgia aspect. Somewhat non-linear and with all the locks you find it can become overwhelming at first. With 2 people, you do have to know how to divide and conquer on your own since there’s so much to do, so it may be better for at least 4 for less experienced groups.
Haunted Mansion

This one was fun! Creepy and had you looking around the corner before going into rooms, but not too bad. Linear game flow for the most part- lots to do with more people. Integrated all parts of the rooms.
Horror Circus
Game Over Escape Rooms - Brandon

A new theme that you don’t see too often with an amazing set of rooms and decor. There were more surprises literally around every corner. A few jumps scares but nothing terribly scary. Linear flow so there’s not a whole lot to do for more than 2-3 people at a time.

Overall it was cool concept and I liked the theming of the room- well decorated, hidden surprises, pretty immersive. This room was fun at first but then became quite frustrating as we did puzzles out of order and this caused confusion on the back end- we had the information we needed to solve a lock based on our previous experiences, but we weren’t supposed to know do it yet. A major tech part wasn’t working towards the end- fixed but not without a bit of wasted and a stop in game play/immersion. There was a single puzzle that was most frustrating- I’d never seen one like it before and you wouldn’t know what to do with it unless you had, but there were no clues/hints to get you there without asking; we solved the puzzle finally but it didn’t get us the right answer because there was more than 1 solution they didn’t know about. This is a newer room and feedback was readily taken, so I don’t think this will be a problem in the future, but a little hint to what type of puzzle it is like a drawing or something would be nice. This room was also more reading heavy on the back end when we were already tired, so I wasn’t too much a fan of that. Overall, I’m glad I did it and it had some fun components but not our favorite room and there were too many frustrating things for me to recommend it to less experienced friends.
Cyber Station
City 13
Escape room
IRL
Omg- the room was great! Even just walking to the room you felt like you were in an entirely different place/city. Immersion is 100%. The game flow was pretty linear and no big logical leaps needed to be made. There are a couple of puzzles that aren’t as common and they are tricky to figure out if you’ve never seen them before. Just sad that we weren’t staying longer so we could do “save the city”, but will definitely be back for the other rooms next time we’re in town.
