There were a couple puzzles with some logic leaps that were a bit out there, but at least 3 ‘wow’ moments that I’ll remember for a long time. I played as a solo player, and didn’t escape the last room, but made it out on my “revenge” second try at it (an additional 1000 yen, which is currently about $6.30). A tough escape as 1 player, but doable. One spoiler-free tip: this game is definitely designed with smaller people in mind. There were a couple of times that my 5’10” self was at a puzzle disadvantage. Think like you’re around 5’!
