The best on-boarding and off-boarding I’ve experienced; best lobby; best clue system, and overall, the best room I’ve experienced thus far. Immersion was off-the-chart great!

We had an outstanding experience at Lab Rat by Hatch Escapes! Great design; novel concept; excellent GM (thank you Brianna) - one of the top two rooms I’ve played to date. Got stuck on last puzzle and didn’t escape - would have with 3-4 extra minutes. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Grapevine Escape and this room (Enchanted Cottage). The customer service we have received from the owners, manager, and GMs has always been first-rate. They will take care of you! Really enjoyed this room. Lots of high tech features but also charming and fun. The sense of humor these designers have rival any I’ve seen. As with their other rooms, there are unexpected twists and turns. Or maybe expected, now that we’ve done a few. This room is billed as not as difficult as their other rooms, but it is still plenty challenging. A group of four (or five, like we had) seems about right. A special note - the manager and owners personally came in to repair an electrical issue. It is just another example of the outstanding service Grapevine Escape provides. So, yes, in fact - we DO “highly recommend” this room (inside joke from the room itself)!!

Really good room. Beautiful set design; lots of puzzles; everything worked well. Highly recommend - one of the better rooms I’ve player so far in DFW! Staff was great - a shout out to Taylore, especially, for working hard to help book our group

Really enjoyed this room; spooky but not scary. Nice setting and scenery; enjoyed that the puzzles and locks (for the most part) were period-appropriate. GM Ben was very good - liked that he took the time before we began to ask how much guidance we wanted and tailored his hints to our preferences. Staff was friendly and welcoming - we will definitely return to this location. They are also opening a location in Arlington.

So happy to experience another immersive story (or rather, stories) from Strange Bird Immersive. Just love what they do. This one is ending this weekend, but it was a blast. Repeatable - lots to do and explore. Think Meow Wolf, but with more linear stories. Glad I made it before it closed!

Fun little (actually, not little at all) room! Great sets and scenery; great (spooky) atmosphere - reminded me very much of some the sets from Meow Wolf. Puzzles were fun and challenging, but not impossible. Not scary (that was a concern being inside a haunted house), but dark, spooky atmosphere definitely added to the fun of the room
