Whatever Happened To The Garretts?

The room itself was really neat. It stuck with the theme, had a great throw back 80’s vibe, and was a really fun use of the space. The puzzles were creative and challenging in a way that was enjoyable for the whole party. 

I DO NOT recommend the GM we had, whose name I don’t know because he never introduced himself. He seemed annoyed we were there (ie, deep sighed when we arrived), mocked a player because they didn’t read the door for the exit to the restroom, and then gave a “clue” that was incorrect and actually sent us the wrong path for the room. The staff member definitely ruined the experience for us in what was a really rad room with fun puzzles.

North Valley Escape Room

Arizona Steampunk Railway

Did not enjoy this room. There was almost no clear story, the room needs to be refreshed (colors/paints/mechanisms were worn), and the clues felt disparate at times. We’ve done a lot of rooms and this is near the bottom of our list.

Fun and scary game play. A few more difficult/unintuitive puzzles but overall very creative

Mad Hatter's Tea Party

Fun room! There are a few puzzles that were not super intuitive or oddly difficult. But recommend for an immersive experience!

Escape From Oz [prev. The Wicked Witch's Castle]

Not my favorite room here but still fun for all and immersive!

Runestone

Overall, very fun! A few puzzles were tedious but I still enjoyed the theme!

Puzzle Break

Escape the Mystic Manor Blue [prev. The Eventide Departure]

Room was fun! The puzzles fit the theme and made sense. A few puzzles/triggers were difficult to identify but overall was enjoyable. Several new puzzle types we hadn’t experienced before. Highly recommend! Is a little spookier than I expected but nothing “scary”.

Too many people for the room size! There wasn’t enough for everyone to do. Fun idea but not as immersive as other rooms.
