Phantom Files is a Scooby Doo meets Ghostbusters experience, even including a catchy theme song. The atmosphere was beautiful, the story line was enjoyable and the GM/live actor adds to experience. The puzzles were challenging but not overwhelming and had a good mix of traditional locks and tech.

From the set design to the puzzles it was an amazing experience. It was incredibly easy to be immersed in the theme of the room. It felt like being inside of a black and white old timey cartoon. The puzzles made sense and it was a perfect blend of tech and mechanical puzzles. I would highly recommend this room.

This room was an all around good time. The game was beautifully designed and the live actor/GM did a great job of adding to the immersion. The puzzles were fun and had a good mix of tech and traditional locks. The game also adds other elements that throw you head first into the story.

This room was very solid. It had a good blend of physical and tech locks and the puzzles all made sense and really played into the narrative. The atmosphere was also very cool looking as well. The room had some unexpected surprises which made it even more fun. Our GM Vicky was also very helpful and personable. All around a fun experience!

By far in the bottom five experiences I’ve ever had. The room is advertised as a 30 minute experience but the first five minutes of your time is a cheesy intro video. About ten minutes into the game one of the mechanisms wasn’t working and we tried contacting our host to no avail. Had to go out to the counter to be told that our host was also running the VR next door and was getting them set up. They refused to pause our time or give us the extra time we lost having to wait. Out of the 25 minutes 10 of them were spent waiting for them to fix their game. 10/10 would not recommend.
