Aunt Elsie’s InheritanceEscapades Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLOverall the game was fun. We someone skipped puzzles and finished the game early and the gm didn’t have an explanation as to why that happened. The puzzles were good and fun though. Nothing too confusing. The story was very fun and we enjoyed the silly cat in the game
Budapest ExpressEscapology - GarwoodEscape roomIRLOverall a fun game. Could use a little structure when it comes to all the items and papers. Seems a little hard to follow everything but it was fun!
Fall Harvest13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLThis game is definitely up with one of my favorites! The atmosphere, set design, and puzzles were all very well made!
Frozen In Time: The Race To Save Christmas!PuzzleConnect Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLAbsolutely LOVED this game! The attention to detail, puzzles, set, everything was above and beyond!
Lucky Dice DinerExpedition EscapeEscape roomIRLI LOVED this game! The set design, the immersion, the tech, the puzzles all were tied together so wonderfully. I’d highly recommend taking a trip to play this room
Curse of the Hidden TempleExpedition EscapeEscape roomIRLI have played another version of this game before about a year ago and I still took a good minute to get out! The game is fantastic and is definitely a play again game for me. All the tech and the immersion really draws me in. I am seriously impressed with how amazing this game is and I would highly recommend it to escape room lovers
The Blind Tiger SpeakeasyExpedition EscapeEscape roomIRLSuch a fun and well rounded game! There were many aspects of this game that really tied everything in to make a wonderful experience. I rank this one very high on my list of games
Dead By DawnBrighton AsylumEscape roomIRLOverall this game was great. It’s a new game so there were some mishaps and the GM had to come in and check on us, however overall the set design, the puzzles, the story was all super cool! I will say there are a lot of loud noises and flashing lights so if you are sensitive to either of those I would highly advise not playing or bringing ear plugs to help you because it can definitely be overwhelming
Emily’s GardenEscape MuchEscape roomIRLThis game is my favorite of the 2 they have. It’s well rounded with good puzzles and good atmosphere! I’d recommend this room to anyone!
Escape From AlcatrazAll In Adventures - Rockaway [prev. Mystery Room]Escape roomIRLAwful games from this location and it’s sad. They’re in a mall. They could have so much pull from teenagers and tourists but their games are not good
Escape From AlcatrazAll In Adventures - West Nyack [prev. Mystery Room]Escape roomIRLDamaged props puzzles not good set. Do not waste your money on these rooms
Gold Rush - CLOSEDAmazing Escape Room - Montclair/BloomfieldEscape roomIRLOverall the game was fun. I liked the set and I liked the puzzles however there was some jenky pieces like a puzzle that triggered with 8/9 pieces in it and a code we were able to see before we were supposed to. Not one of my top rooms game flow wise, but definitely up there for set! We were just 2 minutes shy of beating the record. If we had known what one thing did a little sooner we would’ve had it!
Gold RushThe Escape Game - NYC MidtownEscape roomIRLThis game is so so cool. The set is crazzzzyyy cool and I love the multi tiers to this game. Feels so complex but simple at the same time
The DepthsThe Escape Game - NYC MidtownEscape roomIRLThis was the first game I played at the escape game and wow it really set my standards sky high
Special Ops: Mysterious MarketThe Escape Game - NYC MidtownEscape roomIRLWOW this game is so so cool. I absolutely love the theming and design
Bunker 46Fairfield Escape RoomEscape roomIRLI like this game! It’s a big challenge for sure. My boyfriend and I have played 40+ rooms and we barely made it out. The puzzles are unique and different from what I have seen the set design is super cool. There are a few math puzzles in the game which stumped even us! Overall it was a fun challenge but I wouldn’t recommend this to kids and I think experience is certainly needed. There’s a lot to do and you need to spread out to be successful
