The United States Air Force facility, more commonly known as Area 51, is a highly classified remote detachment of Edwards Air Force Base, within the Nevada Test and Training Range. According to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the correct names for the facility are Homey Airport and Groom Lake, though the name Area 51 was used in a CIA document from the Vietnam War.β Although the base has never been declared a secret base, all occurrences in Area 51 are top secret and the base's primary purpose is publicly unknown. One theory suggests that Area 51 is dedicated to the research and testing of experimental weapon systems and aircraft, while yet another theory suggest that Area 51 is devoted to the research and storage of things of an "alien" nature. Several ex-employees have gone on record stating they know the purpose of Area 51, but many have been discredited. Back In Time has been hired by one such individual who claims to have been involved in the base's primary research project back in 1997. He states that the project met with some sort of "accident" in July of that year that claimed the life of his research colleague and several others. He claims that the incident has been whitewashed by government officials and that the facility was immediately evacuated until the "situation" could be contained. This individual now believes that public oversight of the facility is necessary. You and your team must travel back to 1997 during the time of the evacuation immediately following the "accident" and recover the individual's research notebook. This notebook contains evidence that can expose once and for all the true purpose of Area 51 to the public. Can you and your team break through the veil of secrecy and security to accomplish this mission? Sign up now to find out!

Inside Area 51 was my second Back in Time escape room and it was a great time. Though more lock and key based compared to Vampire Slayers at their other location, the multitude of cases and codes used worked well with the theme. There is a LOT to do - it felt like if we took a minute too long on a puzzle that would set us back for the rest of the game. Itβs an unassuming challenge for 2 people but a lot of fun nonetheless.

I completed this room with three of my friends with 10 minutes to spare and using two hints. If it hadnβt been for the fact that we were told that once you use an item you should get rid of it and place it in a corner by our GM we probably wouldβve gotten out at least five minutes faster. The puzzles were not hard to solve and there werenβt that many to solve either. This room should be marked as medium difficulty if not easy.
The gameplay was quite linear, that being said there was a few hiccups in what was supposed to be used for what puzzle.
The props were interesting but the room itself was hard on the eyes.
The staff were normal people, I wouldnβt say our GM was great.

Really great room. Set design and props were really cool. On the easier side but still fun to do

I'm a huge fan of aliens and space, so I was really looking forward to this escape room. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations, maybe because I'm really into aliens. The puzzles were on-theme, but they lacked that extra spark of excitement I was hoping for. I wanted more interaction or involvement with the alien aspect. While the puzzles were challenging, they weren't particularly enjoyable. We didn't regret doing the room, but it definitely wasn't a favorite. Also, the set itself felt a bit underwhelming and janky.

Fun and challenging. Great concept, and lots of puzzles that needed an intuitive leap, which we loved. As always, the staff were great, and we are looking forward to checking out more games from this company!

First escape room. 100+ rooms later, I'd say it still holds up.

Cute game!!! Nothing super unique in term of puzzles, but great game and fun for enthusiasts! Best game of the 3 here.

This was a really fun room, especially if youβre into the aliens theme. Puzzles flowed pretty well and there were some unique puzzles. Definitely give this one a shot.

We ripped through this room in no time with no hints. Although we didnβt find it challenging we all enjoyed it. Probably a bit more challenging for newer players.

This room was pretty neat. First one I did with BIT! I liked their use of technology and flow to push you from room to room. The puzzles were intuitive and kept us moving!
