I loved this room. The theme was super fun and you felt like you just jumped into Christmas as soon as you walked in the door. I did it with just myself and my 2 kids (aged 10 and 12). We used a couple of hints but the hints were just telling us to go back and check our work. (I’ve been in some rooms where you need the hint because you are totally clueless - this room was clear on what to do we were just moving too fast in most cases and missing stuff) I think we would have done better in this room if we had another adult. That being said, we are all experienced at escape rooms so the kids were able to figure a lot out on their own. There were some cute setups in the room that I hadn’t seen before. Overall, a very enjoyable room. Highly recommend. Also the host was great. Nice energy and fun.

I love this room! It is so cute. The props and sets are so well constructed and I love that they have a holiday room all year long.

This Christmas themed escape room was great. We got stumped a few times but definitely check details. Loved the puzzles and variety of puzzles throughout the room.
Lisa is always a pleasure to be our game master and we enjoy her!

This was our first ever escape room. My husband and I escaped with just a few minutes remaining, and it was the perfect jumping off point for us to really get into escape rooms. There was a good variety of puzzles throughout the room. I liked the "U" shaped design for larger groups. Everyone should have enough room and have a chance to find clues. Of all the rooms at Clue IQ , I think this one was best suited for families and beginners.
The props were all in immaculate condition and functioned without complications.

This was probably the most "open" room we've ever been in. You had access to all areas immediately and there were wide entries without doors or a change in floor level.

Typically, we wouldn’t be interested in holiday-themed rooms but we just knew Clue IQ would deliver, just like they always do! This room was extremely fun, witty, and a surprise. The puzzles 🧩 were great, the theme was engaging, and the difficulty was the perfect balance for our team of 2.
Super fun Christmas room!
Great thematic experience for all.

Another great game from Clue IQ. The set of this game is awesome - definitely gets you in the Christmas spirit. They did a great job of incorporating different elements of the holiday to create variety in the game. The only downside about this room is that it is NOT LINEAR. There is a lot going on and you can almost solve everything as it is mostly all out in the open from the start. I recommend bringing a larger group and SPLITTING UP. Don’t focus on one puzzle at a time. My team of four split into groups of two and worked in pairs for a lot of the game. I would still absolutely recommend playing this room. Now I’ve officially played all of Clue IQ’s rooms and I can’t wait for the new ones they have coming up!

Some of the puzzles were interesting. I don’t know why people love this room either. It was an interesting twist on the Christmas room. However, it was surprisingly hard. A lot of the puzzles were exposed and it wasn’t clear what was next. It really wasn’t awful but there was nothing in the room that made me say wow. Also for a company that posts “we don’t have TVs in our rooms” on their website… they have one in this room. Also, I like the TVs so I can pace myself throughout the games.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about Operation Jingle Bells. We genuinely appreciate feedback, as it helps us improve and provide the best possible experience for our guests. We're glad to hear that you found some of the puzzles interesting and enjoyed the unique twist on a Christmas room. We understand that the game's difficulty can be challenging; it's designed with a multi-linear structure, which is why we recommend a group of at least four players to navigate the puzzles more effectively. Currently 79% of all teams finish their mission and 48% of all teams finish with 3 or less hints. We would love your insights on the game's pacing and puzzle clarity so we can take them into consideration for future updates. Regarding your comments about the use of screens, we'd like to clarify that our website doesn't state that we don't have TVs in our rooms. We strive to enhance immersion by customizing communication methods to fit each game's theme—this can include screens, audio messages, and other interactive elements. In Operation Jingle Bells, there are several monitors for various puzzles, videos, and game communication. The main monitor displays the amount of Christmas magic remaining in the world and allows for communications from the North Pole. The game also uses audio recording from some of the elves as a way to communicate. I am unclear on what your concerns are regarding the ability to pace yourself. In Operation Jingle Bells the time remaining is always known to you and unless you refuse the service, our Game Hosts keep you on track during the game and we never limit hints. We want all teams to have fun and be successful. We would love the opportunity to discuss your experience further and learn how we can make it better. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected]. Your feedback is important to us, and we're committed to continuously improving our games. Thank you again for your review. We hope to have the chance to provide you with a more exciting and memorable adventure in the future. Steven Clue IQ

I tend to be wary of holiday themed rooms but this one was awesome! The theme is fun and novel and the puzzles are a great mix of styles.
